    The work I had done is coming apart and I have contacted the owner multiple times regarding this issue and he is ignoring my calls and texts. I paid for a 1 year warranty and it is not being honored. Specifically no corner tape was used on the joints of the new wall they installed and because of this there is a crack all around the walls that keeps getting bigger.

    My name is Ken and I am the owner of Patch King drywall. I would like to respond to the complaint from this customer. The customer hired us to do a job for him in a foyer area up 20 feet high and over a stairwell as well. To say the least it was a difficult job, because of the height and the stairwell obstacle. I decided to put two technicians on the job that each had over 20 years experience doing drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs. I personally stopped in on the job myself, multiple time, to inspect the job and see how it was going. When the job was completed, the customer was not happy with the results. So I personally went out to look at it again to go over it with the customer. I agreed that there were some flaws in the project that needed to be repaired. The customer did not want me to bring back the two technicians that did the project. He asked me to send someone else, so I did, I sent another technician that had twenty plus years experience. After that, the customer was still not satisfied. Then he went online to post multiple 1 star reviews, on multiple websites. He wrote terrible reviews about both me and my company. After he destroyed our company online, I do not recall any emails or text messages or phone calls that asked me to come back and fix anything. I felt that he wanted nothing more to do with me or our company, and was determined to attempt to ruin my companies reputation online.  Just recently he sent me another text and asked me if I was going to do anything to help his problem. So I responded to that text and I said I will send someone out there tomorrow. So we are still in the process of trying to resolve this issue to his satisfaction.
