  I hired patch king drywall to finish two walls on a loft that had an existing pony wall. One side was open to the first floor and the other was facing the stairs. When they quoted me I told them I wanted it to look like it was always there, to which they told me that’d be no problem. Day one, David did an awful job framing the half wall to the ceiling. After telling David, then calling Ken the owner, Ken sent out another worker, Pat. That couldn’t have been more pointless because even though I pointed it out to both of them, they only fixed one board that was very unlevel. They left the others, resulting in a terrible bulge on the side which was never fixed. The quality of work was so bad, I refused to pay until it was corrected. Ken then sent out Carlos. Carlos said he couldn’t believe how bad the job was, which was interesting since Ken himself came out a week earlier, and told me I was a perfectionist and that they did a great job. Carlos talked a big game, calling himself our savior and telling me he would fix everything. That was obviously just a lie he was telling me and ken so he could get paid to “fix” it. All Carlos did was drop his drill from his scaffolding, putting a hole in my brand new flooring, and “replace” the corner bead, which he did such an awful job finishing I had to fix it myself. Ken was “kind” enough to take off 250, for the damages to my floor and the board that they took from my garage, without asking. I couldn’t be more disappointed, and the warranty they offered means nothing, because I messaged Ken about the fact that the joints are cracking since no joint tape was used, and he had no response. Save your money, look somewhere else for someone more professional. I will add that they are lucky that you cannot leave images on these reviews, because the work is truly awful.

  We have used Patch King several times for drywall and painting repair. They do excellent work and will definitely use again in the future. Highly Recommend.

  I have used Patch King in the past for drywall repairs, ceiling retexturing, and painting. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

  Recently had very unfortunate experience with other contractors. Including no shows and loss of large deposit. PATCH KING has been a refreshing change.
  They showed up on time each visit, text ahead to advise arrival time and even had a follow up message from owner.
  Robert and his assistant are thorough, knowledgeable and clean up completely after work.
  Patched plaster and drywall in ceiling from small leak in roof.
  Would definitely recommend for drywall and plaster repairs. They do other work as well but this was where my experience was
