      I purchased replacement windows for my entire home. The last window was finally installed on Oct 15, 2022 and they required I paid in full even though 6 screens were missing. Today is March 1, 2023 and they still have not supplied the screens that I paid over $100 each for.

      The customer had the wrong screens ordered and would like a refund. He paid $100 for full screens and has 6 that were not manufactured correctly.  We would like to offer him $600 as compensation. We have called and left voicemails to resolve this issue and have had no response.  Please let me know if the need anything further.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      The company has only called me one time about this matter and that was after I filed this complaint.  They have blamed the window manufacturer multiple times when I have stated from the original contract signed date that I wanted full screens for all windows.  The only was to resolve my complaint is to provide what I paid for, which is the screens. 

      I have text messages dating back over a year dealing with one of the owners of the company about this issue and can provide them if needed.

      In June had a employee knock on my door to solicit roof inspection. Local company so figured why not. Had inspection in July. Got repair and gutter replacements approved. Company came out to get a shingle sample to match. I haven't heard back in over a month. Won't return calls or emails. I feel they were simply looking for full roof replacement jobs.only. never said anything like that but once I got approved they have ghosted me. Simply want them to replace the shingle they have taken from.my roof and make me whole. I will then find another company to replace damaged property.

      I feel they can't leave me missing shingles and not have to replace it
