      Horrible customer service!!!!! Full roof replacement: had a 6 am start time, they did not arrive till 12:30pm. Unloaded materials then went to lunch. Brought their whole family, girlfriends and children, over for dinner and had a picnic in my front lawn. They damaged some of my yard lights. Worker urinated in my back yard. The finally left about 8:45pm. They did give me a $200 credit off my deductible. The company was suppose to send me an estimate for my gutters to be added on to my roof claim. They stated they emailed, insurance company never received. I asked numerous times for it to be be brought to me when they came to pick up payments, never got. Had a leak in roof that caved in my bathroom ceiling, they had to repair and fix. after this the owners never would talk to me anymore, only talked to the receptionist who called to make payment arrangements, After my last payment was made, now no one will talk to me!

      They came out to do a free inspection, I informed them that I just needed some blow-off taken care of. The kid that came, came in a car with a ladder in his back seat, and informed me that they don't do repairs that they wanted to do a whole roof and charge my insurance company. Why would a roofing company not be able or want to do a repair? Not a good company to call.
