    I have been living in Mechanicsburg Oh for a little over 2 years paying lot rent and sewer and water not knowing there are no meters to read,Last month my bill was 220 and this month 375 there is no way, I work 6 days a week 10 hour days so I am not home for a large water or sewer bill, they get one bill and distributed to who pays what, I am not paying everyone's bill. I want to see my meter to show its my bill only, also last week we were given letters saying they were going to install meters on all the homes, I am not opposing to pay my lot rent but I am not paying those water and sewer bills until I see MY meter, I will go to court first, Thank You

    We can understand your concerns regarding this issue, Our community manager has had contact with the resident about this issue it started in
    September. The community manager noticed a high-water bill on 8/25 when the manager reached out her, then she went
    to her home because she said she had no leak we had found a running toilet; the manager took
    a video and send it to her because she was at work. Our Community manager let her know she needed to
    fix it, she did not fix it until late September, so she has a water bill of
    $325 as of right now , she refused to pay and told the manager to take her to court. When there is a water leak in or around the residents home we try to catch it and alert them so that they are aware of the issue and they can get it repaired and corrected.
