    I have been living in Mechanicsburg Oh with Impact Communities mobile home park for a little over 2 years paying lot rent and water and sewer payments not knowing they didn't have a meter to read on the homes, they get one bill and tell who is paying what, my water and sewer bill last month was 220 and this month 375. I work 6 days a week so I am never home, I work 10 hour days. I want to see that is my charges, I am not paying them due to no meters
