      Lindsay at Carmel center apartments was great with my moving process. She made leasing quick and easy. She was accommodating and made sure all of my questions were addressed! The whole team has done a wonderful job at Carmel Center Apartments! :)

      Truly an amazing place to live. The Connor Group and ladies at Austin Springs have been so helpful to me since the day I moved in. The smiles I get when I pass them driving out of the community is so heart warming. I will leave five stars every single time and I am so happy to make this place my forever home.

      We have lived in our apartment now for15 months and absolutely love it. We have had wonderful help from everyone in the office, maintenance you name it. They have gone above and beyond to help us in anyway they can - night and day. They even picked a car up to get my 16 year old yellow lab out from under who fell and got stuck. My husband and I plan to be in this apartment indefinitely

      City Walk Woodbury is amazing. I found them during a very difficult transition in my life, the leasing process was no pressure and I truly enjoyed chatting with Tanja. The apartment is adorable, insulated laminate plank flooring, granite counter, stainless appliances, and best part is a washer and dryer in the unit. Garage parking on the floor of your apartment, an app to open doors, giving an extra sense of security. They have a state of the art package processing system. I don’t know how the staff can keep up with the insane amount of Amazon delivers to the building.

      I moved in on a Friday and discovered an issue with the dryer, the management office offered me access to another unit that was getting painted and cleaned, if I needed to get laundry done before maintenance could come on Monday. That was going above and beyond. Terry had the issue resolved first thing Monday while I was at work.

      Everyone I’ve encountered has been helpful, and easy to work with. The property manager Michelle just jumped in and assisted getting a large box in my vehicle.

      The staff had all gone above and beyond, the other tenants I’ve encountered have all been very friendly, this is not just an apartment complex it’s a community.

      Staff starts out very responsive & friendly & makes it seem like a great place to live, gets you into an apartment & has you leave a 5 star Google review before you realize the apartment is actually an old, falling apart complex that has been repainted 1000 times to keep it looking new. A/C issues (intermittent operation & is weak when it does work), water heater issues (mafunctioned for several hours multiple different days before finally dying & leaving us with no hot water for 3-4 days), roof leaks (so bad that water leaks into the apartment in multiple different areas), mold (under the "paint" they use in the bathroom sinks & probably all over behind the walls / cielings from all the water leaking into the buildings), bug infestations (took out trash daily, kept drains covered & toilet seat closed when not in use, & had several traps placed around the apartment. Traps killed HUNDREDS of gnats each within a week or two), coming in under false pretenses - a "yearly walkthrough" - with 0 prior mention & intimidation tactics / ultimatums for lease resigning (sign NOW for a $100/mo increase, if you dont sign now its going to be a $3-400/mo increase instead), unorganized & condescending office staff (WILL lose keys/paperwork & then try to blame it on you. Also act like you are stupid for misinterpreting their sneakily worded paperworks for lease / RBS), & an unsafe complex with no cameras or security (car broken into 4 times in ~13months, management said "Thanks for letting us know" and did nothing). Cleaning crew threw away some OBVIOUSLY valuable items (~$400 of Spectrum equipment neatly wrapped up & stacked on the mantle) after we vacated because *anything* left in the apartment is trash to them, no matter what apparently. All around horrible experience living there & leaving a Google review did not feel good enough because they bury all of the 1 star reviews by getting every tenant they can to leave 5 star reviews as soon as they move in, as previously mentioned.

      I absolutely love this place. My studio is spacious and clean. The bathroom looks like a hotel. The kitchen area is lovely, and I've hosted so many dinner parties using it.

      You cannot beat the location. I get to walk to Duke campus every day, and if I don't feel like walking, there are several bus routes close by. There are some good restaurants walking distance as well.

      The amenities are top notch. The pool is heated throughout the year. Yes, I went swimming during the snowy season in February. In fact, there are so many amazing spaces that it took me six months of paying rent before I discovered the vast downstairs areas that included wonderful common areas perfect for hosting multiple parties. The hot tub is cozy, and the gym is perfect for a late night workout.

      The staff is lovely to interact with. They are so kind, helpful, and friendly and are always available to help.

      The work orders are completed in timely manners as well.

      I have really enjoyed living here and can't wait to renew my lease.

      Nothing but great experiences with the Connor group team at Bayside Arbors in Tampa. It is a beautiful and well maintained community that feels more like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex.

      I have been living at Austin Springs Luxury Apartments since December 2024. I have been truly pleased from the ease of the application process, to the kindness and attentiveness given to me by the wonderful loving and caring office Staff. With any issue that arises, I have immediate response to my needs. Amazing Apartment Community!

      Love living at The Boulevard Apartments in Largo. I’m minutes from the beach and central to 2 Publix, Target, Chili’s, Olive Garden, Aldi, Sam’s, Coachman and Largo Parks, Pinellas Trail, St. Pete, Dunedin, and Tampa to name a few places. The apartment is spacious, has great details and we have been here going on two years now. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool, spa, gym, car wash, dog park and clubhouse. I was supposed to buy a house and only be here one year but I’ve had such a great time living here that I may stay longer because I would miss it. It truly feels like I’m living at a small resort! Lastly, I love the Connor group staff, they do a great job of going above and beyond. Special shout out to the leasing office staff and maintenance team for taking care of any issues promptly!

      I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it! My apartment is beautiful and I love waking up to a view of the park. It is so nice being able to go on walks at the park where I always feel safe walking alone, or being able to grab dinner at one of the restaurants downstairs. The apartment office staff are so kind and helpful, always taking time to smile and say hi. All maintenance requests are quickly taken care of and the maintenance staff are friendly and always go above and beyond. It is pricey to life here, but worth it to me.
