      Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. Purchased their expensive Bufftech Chesterfield fence (was a CertainTeed product until August 2024). Gates come pre-assembled from Bufftech and are advertised not to sag. After about a year all 5 of my gates began to sag and, in some cases, scrape the ground. The issue was clear; the gate frames and slats were loose and allowed the gate to go out of square.
      I sent pics and videos to customer support (worked with Dana in this case). For weeks they gave every excuse in the book that it was an installation issue. They sent me pics of how the gates should have been installed (hinge placement, etc.,). Their pics matched how my gates were already installed, which I pointed out to them, and they would just provide another excuse. Would only communicate via email and would not call to discuss.
      The issue was corrected with the help of the installer using a simple anti-sag kit. I would not have cared if they hadn’t purported to have no sag gates. This fence and 5 gates cost me $25k, so I expected at least basic customer service and at least help me solve the problem. Never again will I buy any of their products for my future projects!
      BTW…Installer warned me about the Bufftech product as not being worth the price and that customer service was weak, but unfortunately, I ignored them. You DO NOT get what you pay for with this fencing.
