    Our garage door opener went out a couple weeks ago, at the end of May. We contacted Mike’s and were informed a new opener was needed including new sensors. Since then we have been unable to shut the door multiple times - almost daily. We have contacted them for assistance. The first time we were sent a video via text and told it had to be the sensors. Hours later we were able to get it fixed. This has occurred a couple more times since and we were able to fix it on our own so I assume it is the sensors. This morning it wasn't working and we weren’t able to resolve. When we called the company, they argued with us, were rude, and told us they would come out for $125 and we needed to go to **** ***** and get new sensors as they could be bad. We were also told that they were not able to provide us with a receipt when they were here and that one would be promptly mailed. To date, we have not received a copy of our receipt. I would like them to fix the sensors or refund our money, at least half of it and our door still doesn’t open and close automatically.

    Came out and claimed to have fixed the issue. Paid $500. Have not used the door since it was worked on. Tried to open the door and it does not work. Will not come back to look at the issue and refuse to guarantee their work.

    After Mike's Garage Door Repair serviced my garage door it stopped working entirely. An issue that we did not have before. He was called to service a spring that had ruptured and to install the retaining metal strings. When his tech arrived onsite he replaced additional parts that he believe needed replaced. I agreed and didn't hesitate to pay the 734.40 bill. Two days later the door stopped working in its entirety. I called him and texted him and he didn't know when he could return. To this day he has not returned or refunded any of the money. Please help me resolve.

    On 8-17-2022 I call Mikes Garage door repair, To repair my mothers garage door opener it will not open and its only a year old, Mike talk us into replacing it, I didn't think i needed a new one but at this point i just wanted it working, so they install new opener call me for payment and i paid him, the next day my mother said she cant open the garage from the inside, I called Mike wondering why, he said the push bottom for inside the garage was not in the box and he will send someone over in the morning to install it, they never showed up or call, so i called again Saturday morning ask Mike when will this be fix, His said on Monday again know showed up or called, I called again asking when will this be fixed, he had someone else call me back and siad they or picking up the parts today and will install it on Tuesday again no one showed up, I called on wednesday he said he have to order the part, I said you have been giving me the run around all week thiis needs to be fix today, you need to go buy another opener with all the parts in the box, he started cursing at me saying im not diong that shit, do you want me to order the part or are you going to keep whining like my wife and then he hung up the phone on me, I called back 2 times he did not answer. So i text him to tell him i will report this matter to BBB, He text back cursing and saing BBB dont mean s**t to me. Very unhappy the way i was treated
