    Bill was fantastic: very friendly, knowledgeable w/ speedy, quality work. & he didnt try to oversell us. Will definitely recommend when I get the chance.

    The cable broke on my oversize garage door and I called Mikes garage door repair late on Saturday night and they were here first thing Sunday morning and repaired the door without hesitation. They did an excellent job. Apparently the door got jammed and the cable was off track. They were so professional and quick I cannot tell you what a wonderful job they did and I would highly recommend this company.

    Mike's Garage Door Repair DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged me $450 dollars to put my garage door back on its track. I’ll even lay the cost out for you. Time it took to fix: 30 mins New parts: $20 dollar bracket Workers hourly wage: $35 dollars-(30 mins of work) $17.50 Total out of cost for company: $40 This type of work is easily estimated $150-$200 max Totally took advantage of someone who didn’t know the difference. If I could give 0 stars I would

    Gave them a call about garage spring and within an hour they came out to give estimate and fix it. Super fast and very friendly. Absolutely great service!!

    Had a mishap with my garage door and called them. Not only was Mike there within an hour but he also had someone there taking care of me. What great customer service. I am so impressed with the quality of the service

    Was given a quote to put in doors that I purchased. They came, broke my garage door opener (was replacing anyways) when I was inside the house. Nobody saw what happened to it. Then installed one door two inches below my single door entrance. The garage has no house entry to it only side doors. Didn’t install any handles or decorative hardware. Called next day to talk to Mike about it and was told we paid for doors to be put up and they are up. Not correct and now I have a fire hazard but yeah they are up.

    Mike shepherd, the owner is extremely hostile and rude. His worker Ricky messed up the smooth operation of my garage door. They are refusing to come out and fix it after they were already paid to do the work. He started cursing as I simply requested to be put on the schedule to come out and see what they did wrong. They lost the battery cover that goes on my key pad. They will not replace it. He does not honor his workmanship and Mike is very off putting. I would avoid this business at all costs. Use someone else. Do not get scammed out of your money.

    Had a broken garage door spring. Door would not go up or down. I called on Labor Day at 1:00pm and they answered right away. Technician was here less than 2 hours later. Repair complete in 30 minutes by a friendly and capable technician. I would recommend Mikes Garage Door Repair to everyone.
