    ICON rescue collection agent placed a Lien on my property after receiving payments.for service's. Please consider this all insurance companies and potential customers before doing any business with them.

    We appreciate your message and want to clarify the situation, as your alleged timeline is inaccurate.We sent a certified letter on August 27th, 2024 letting you know that we would file a lien within 10 days. The lien was filed on September 10th, 2024. Your payment was received on September 18th, 2024, which is after the date the lien was recorded. It is worth noting that this was done after unsuccessfully trying to reach you via emails, phone calls, and letters.This timeline is documented and supported by public county records as well as our own. These documents were emailed and sent via certified letter to you. Additionally, this timeline was reiterated in my email to you on November 15th.We value transparency and are happy to provide documentation if needed again. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

    This information is inaccurate. I was notified after the lien was filed by late mail only. No email was given to me. No phone contacts were maid. I went to the clerk of courts to make sure the lien wasn't still active. Payment for ICON service was made without them notifying before or after this lien would occur. No written documents were given to inform me that this would happen. I had sent previously payment before a lien was issued. This is bad bussiness practice. The Better Bussiness Bureau needs to know that the customers are not informed about the severe lien collectors receive if all payments are not submitted by ICON approval. This company has not been transparent with me at all. This has a strong impact on my credit for future properties purchase. Poor exchange of information from ICON properties.

    They came back out after my negative BBB review. One guy came out and finished the work. There are a few things that I am not happy with but I can fix them myself, ie second coat of paint in the office, urethane on doors to shelf and partition between office and exercise room. After 11 months I dont want anyone in my house anymore. They did finish so I am happy about that. They need to do a better job managing their jobs. It shouldnt have taken so long. All in all they did an ok job.


    They had someone come and fix all of the issues that needed to be addressed. Brian did a great job and I am happy its finished. The only negative being it took 10 months to complete it. The staff in the office were super nice.

    I called Icon Property Rescue late this morning to set up an appointment to check for moisture in kitchen hardwood flooring after an unexpected water issue. Jacob arrived very soon after to assess the moisture level in the flooring. He was polite, professional and explained the process used to determine the moisture level. I highly recommend this company for any future water mitigation issues you may have on your home.
