      These people are what causes headaches for consumers. Six months after the fact, they send it to a collection agency without ever notifying me of a balance being due. Honestly, the collection agency, ********** ****** of Cincinnati, is just as bad for taking dishonest referrals. Stay away from ****** Hospital related services or this is what you'll get.

      Terrible correspondence. I called today for the second time about some questions surrounding a bill I received. The phone representatives cannot provide answers but instead pass on information to decision makers. The system would work if the reps were accurately documenting questions and concerns. I attempted to bypass this communication barrier but was told there was no supervisor available and that they couldnt provide me with an email address because its a security threat. I also asked for a call back once my questions/ concerns were reviewed again and was told they may not be able to do that. Overall terrible experience, I imagine I will be sent a collections threat before I will get the opportunity to communicate with someone
