We just got our new windows installed in our condo and we couldn't be happier! They are beautiful and have really brightened up our home. I can tell already that it's quieter in the house and can't wait to see the effect it will have on my electric bill. The whole process has been very easy, from the salesman to the customer service to the installers, all were totally professional! This is the second time we've used Windows Direct, I definitely recommend them!Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

Friendly, helpful sales staff. Installer was friendly and did a beautiful job and left no mess. They keep you updated during the manufacturing process. Product (1 full door replacement and 1 large picture window replacement) is great quality. Very positive experience!Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

We had a problem with one of our windows. Called Windows Direct spoke with service representative *****. I explained our window situation and it needed to be serviced ASAP due to opening and saft issue. ***** and ****** got our window opening problem addressed quickly. Thank you, for your perservance ladies. Thank you **** for sending *** out this afternoon. *** took care of the problem. Glad we went with Windows Direct USA. ***Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

A couple of months ago I had 2 entry doors installed by Windows Direct by ********. They are beautiful! I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors! ******** is a true professional and an excellent craftsman and very friendly! The job went so well I took advantage of Windows Direct 3 for 3 windows deal. My good fortune was to get ******** for the installation. As expected he did another wonderful job! Windows Direct representative Sarah came to make sure I was satisfied with the job. She is a true professional and very nice! If you need any windows or doors I highly recommend both Windows Direct and ********. I guarantee you will be very satisfied!Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati
