Verified at top Newest Highest rating Lowest rating Raymond Z***** Overall frustrating experience thus far with this company and I say thus far because after one month and a half months from my initial install date, the project is still not complete. Original install date was in mid-December and it went relatively smoothly. Some materials were not provided to the installer to rehang my storm door. The installer stated he would return the next day to finish the job. He returned but the job was not completed. Since then, it has been nothing but a hassle. I had scheduled another appointment to hang the storm door on December 18th and was "no call, no showed". After I returned from the holiday period, a company rep reached out to inquire about my satisfaction rating. I informed them the job was not complete yet and so came another scheduled date to finish the project. The installer assigned to my project stated that he wouldn't need access to the inside of my house so I would not have to be present for the finishing touches. Turns out, that was, in fact, not true. I received a call informing me that the installer would need access to the inside of the house to finish. During that call, the installer and I established a time later that week to finish. When the day came, I was once again "no call, no showed". More of the same ensued until present day, in which the third time that I was "no call, no showed" by this company occurred. Also I'd like to mention that my storm door laid in the snow for weeks and there is still debris throughout my garden from the job. 5 starsWe finally decided to replace our 20-year old, original builder's grade windows in July 2024. We met with the "Big 3" window companies in the Cincinnati area for estimates and chose Windows Direct USA for the job. Salesman Brian M******* presentation convinced us that we didn't need to go with the biggest name we knew for outstanding, guaranteed quality windows. We signed our contract on July 30, 2024. We were contacted on September 18, 2024 and advised that all 23 windows in our order were ready for installation. This was a pleasant surprise since we were told the windows could take between 8 and 10 weeks to manufacture. The installation was done on October 9 and 10, 2024. The team of installers (Marty, Tony, and Steven) were great. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and some of the most courteous workers we have ever had in our home. They protected our floors and helped move a very large deck gazebo out of their way. They didn't even break for lunch either day. To say we're happy with our new windows is an understatement. Every window is beautiful and has a screen that actually fits fully within the window. This is a vast improvement over our builder's grade windows. As we were rehanging the blinds and curtains in the full sun, no heat was passing through the windows. That's another huge improvement for us. 1 starI had every window in my house replaced by Windows Direct. Had an issue with the window in our lower level. Service REP came out and figured the issue out. Said they would need to order parts. Never received a call back to make the repair. We had to call and get the repair done. Another window upstairs had a problem. Repair guy came out and stated that he would need to order parts. Said they most likely had the parts to make the repair. Never received a call back. 2 weeks later we called and was told that the parts were in and they would schedule the repair. 2 times we had to call them back for the follow on repair. Twice we were told they did not have any reference to the follow on repair.Review fromWanda H

This last weekend I had all new windows installed in my house. The three installer were Tony , Marty and Steven. These guys were very fast and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows, thanks windows directWindows Direct USA of Cincinnati

Just this week I had replacement windows installed by Windows Direct, and I’m pleased with the results! From start to finish, the experience was great. First off, the price was incredibly competitive. I looked at other replacement window companies and found that Windows Direct offered the best value for the quality of windows they provide. Representative Brian Munafo applied multiple discounts that were available to bring the cost down to an affordable level. The installation process was another high point. The team completed the job in just one day, which was impressive. The 3-man team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up the work area on completion. Most importantly, the energy efficiency of these new windows has exceeded my expectations. As the outside temperatures are nearing 90 and above, inside temperatures remain low and greatly reduce the load on our HVAC system. Overall, I highly recommend Windows Direct for anyone considering window replacement.
