I purchased my home over the summer, using a **** home renovation loan.  I had multiple contractors give me bids and I decided to go with CORE Renovations.  Unfortunately, that was a mistake.  Nearly everything this contractor did to my house, either had to be redone or fixed by the contractor or will need to be fixed by someone else.  If it wasn’t for me having an inspector, which is required for a **** home renovation loan, I would have been left with a huge mess on my hands. There are many things this contractor did poorly, or didn’t do and should have, that I will have to pay someone else to fix or do.  I am only doing this review because I feel ethically obligated to warn other’s who would consider using this business for home repairs or renovations.

We did $45,000 worth of work for Ms. ******* we had zero issues until it was time to install a fence for her. She had a remaining balance of $10,000 to pay us and instead of letting us come back to finish our final punch out on the 200 LF fence she refused. Why you might ask? She wanted to take the money she owed us and buy new appliances for her home instead. She backed us into a corner and forced us to take $6200 instead of the full $10,000 so she could buy new appliances for her home. I have proof of this because her mortgage company accidentally added us to the email thread. She’s the only bad review we have received in 5 years. That should tell you all you need to know. Some clients are hard to please Ms.******* was impossible to please as she knew she had the opportunity to hold money over our head until we agreed to her obscene demands. Which we did up until the very end when she decided new appliances were more important than letting us complete our minor one day of punch out items left to do. We added over $150,000 of equity to her home and a simple thank you would have been in order.
