I paid $240.00 in August 16, 2023 for 12 months, my trash is never picked up on time, they sometimes do not take all of my trash in their can and as of recent they are not picking up my trash at all, I have called the multiple times and sent a dozen text messages to the company with no response at all, it has now been 3 weeks they have not been to my house, I am seeking a refund, or at least the balance which would be 5 months ($100).Customer Answer

I have been a customer for roughly 7 months and have had service missed more than it was picked up. Currently I just paid a $69 bill for 3 months on February 2nd and have only received 2 weeks of service. We are going on 3 weeks without pickup and I have called countless times and texted 3 different phone numbers, they removed the Facebook page a few weeks ago, and have not returned any communication attempts. I have contacted a new company and would like a refund for at least March and April that I have already paid for and my auto pay canceled.Initial Complaint

I paid for one year of trash pick up from this company. They continue to miss picking up our trash week after week. It had been 3 weeks in a row this month with no trash being picked up. When I reached someone finally they advised me that the were are my home and no cans were out. I showed them pictures from my security camera showing can were out and had been for 2 weeks straight waiting to be picked. At this point they stopped responding to me messages through Facebook. So I called and left messages asking for a refund so I can go to another company, with no response. I then texted asking about refund and again they are not responding. This is not the 1st incident we have had with this company not providing services that we have paid for. This is the 3rd time we have had to ask why trash is not being picked up. I know we are not the only ones having this issue with the company as I see several posts on Facebook comparing about them.
I would like my mine back so I can go to a reliable company. I get the feeling I will not get a refund from this company, reason for not responding to any of m messages.Initial Complaint

I set up business with Quick Rent It trash removal in November 2023, to be billed every 3 months with trash pick up every Thursday. The last payment of $75.60 was pulled from my bank account on February 7, 2024. Since then, our trash has not been picked up (or anyone around us), no one has answered any of my calls, voice-mail, texts or emails. Hello, I paid for a whole year of trash service in July and received a call October 30th of 2023 that my trash services would be ending November 6th of 2023 due to not having “the customer base they hoped they would have in our area”. The lady left a voicemail which I have a screenshot of her name is ******. She stated a refund would be sent to us since it wasn’t a full year and we have yet to receive it. This company stopped coming to pick up our trash from there dumpster on our property. I stopped there service and it has been 6 months and there dumpster remains on my property full of trash...

Trash company just stopped collecting trash without notice. Trash has been sitting at the curb for two weeks. Company will not return call. I hired this company for trash pick up in July (first pick up to be July 21) and paid them a year in advance. They started not picking up our trash in November and after a couple weeks I called and found out they cancelled our service in the area the end of October (last pick up was October 27). They stated they sent emails to those customers affected (I did not receive an email) but many did not receive this email - I was one of them. They stated they were going to issue a refund but I still have not received one from them. When I called back in early December, they stated they were having issues with their credit card refund system and are working to resolve and if that couldn't be done, they would send out refund checks. It is not close to the end of January and still nothing. I have tried to call them multiple times but they do not answer the phone - I have left messages but no return call either.
