    Hired ***, Premier Contractors, to complete an addition. Timeframe was 3 months. We are 4 months OVER the timeframe, with the job nowhere complete, in places not up to code. *** could not provide materials we had paid for. When we inquired where the materials were, he would have outlandish stories for each and every one. We still are missing a window, that according to him was custom ordered in February. We researched the size and found it's not a custom size and could be ordered and delivered within days. He changed the subcontractor without our approval for vanities. According to him, they were completed in March. When asking where they are, gave us excuses. We offered to pickup and asked for name and he would not provide. Same story for shower glass, windows, HVAC, roof, siding, ect. We attempted for 2 months to meet with *** and go over timeline and materials. We requested PO or receipts and he said he would provide but never did. He stood us up 6 times. Even going as far as to text us hes on his way, and never show. He stopped coming to our jobsite only sending one of his employees. We found *** in breach of contract on several fronts. Not keeping up to date liability insurance, bond, being over the deadline for an unreasonable amount of time, changing subcontractors, no change orders provided, not up to code, trying to hide a black mold issue, and requesting money for labor and materials that werent provided. *** has a history of opening and closing companies with complaints very similar to ours and the other one posted on this website. We currently have exposed wiring, half installed HVAC unit no company will touch, and missing thousands of dollars in materials. He's stopped responding and owes us roughly *****, not including work that needs fixed or brought up to code. Realized he used our money to float his company and buy materials for other jobs, why he couldn't provide our own materials or provide receipts. A steal from ***** to pay **** situation.
