  We hired Tim last June (2023) to tear down an old garage and then rebuild an attached garage. We realized he would not start until the end of summer but the job is still not completed. He did good work when he was here. Now he is not answering phone calls, texts or emails. He has just closed.

  Hired Tim, Premier Contractors, to complete a bedroom addition. Timeframe was 3mons, currently 4mons over and not complete. Started fine but then quality of work and progress dropped off in Feb. (supposed to be finished in Jan). They tried to coverup black mold they caused. Then work stalled. Tim could not provide materials we had paid for or proof he ever ordered them, which we requested. When we inquired where the materials were, he would have outlandish stories for each and every one. Several for windows where he drove out of state twice. He ended up bringing poorly painted ones that scratch and chip when open. We still are missing a window, that according to him was custom ordered in Feb. He said vanities were completed in March. When we asked why they weren’t brought to the house he gave various excuses. We asked for the company name so we could get them ourselves he ignored us. Same story for shower glass, windows, HVAC, roof, and siding. We attempted for 2 months to meet with Tim and go over timeline and materials. He stood us up 6 times. Even going as far as to text us he’s on his way, and never show. He stopped coming to jobsite only sending his employees. Who knew nothing about materials and would often just waste time picking up trash because there was no work to be done. We found Tim in breach of contract by not keeping up to date liability insurance, bond coverage, being over the deadline for an unreasonable amount of time, changing subcontractors, no change orders provided, poor quality of work- not up to code, and requesting money for labor and materials that weren’t provided. Upon further research, Tim has a history of opening and closing companies with complaints very similar to ours. We terminated our contract May 9. Gave 2 weeks to get our materials and refund. He responded a week later that he would comply (May 15). Haven't heard from him since and his phone is now disconnected. We are out $28000 and have to find someone to fix and finish the job

  We hired Tim with Premier to build our party barn/ wedding barn. It was a 40x60 completely finished interior with shiplap on the walls and ceiling. We are pleased with end result of the project. The quality of their work is top notch. Tim does a good job coordinating things and making sure things run smoothly. The team was very professional, and respectful each and every time we met them on the job site. Of course there are speed bumps in every project, but we are pleased with the final result of the project. We will gladly recommend Tim and the company Premier Contractors to anyone that’s looking for a local contractor that’s still a family/ small business.

  Premier did an absolutely amazing job building our home. We then hired them to build our horse barn, they again exceeded our expectations even with the insane ohio weather that delayed multiple portions of the build. Tim and his team are beyond professional, and actually take pride in their work.

  Premier Contractors did our Kitchen, and bathroom remodels. The completed projects turned out absolutely amazing. Tim, and his crew were beyond professional. Even dealing with multiple material delays completely out of their control they continued to make sure we were happy with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, professional, and quality contractor.

  They did a very good job. Re did my kitchen hallway and bathroom floor as well as installing a new bathtub a vanity as well as their communication skills were fabulous! An timing was excellent! Can't wait for my door frame to be done looks so much better inside with there new additions!

  As an out of state investor finding a good, reliable contractor is not easy. Working with Premier Contractors has been nothing but pleasant. The estimates are extremely thorough on projected labor costs and materials are estimated down to the finest details. The communication from project start to finish has been very smooth and effortless. I'm provided progress and completion photos. It's great seeing the final invoice equal the actual estimate. Premier Contractors is honest and fair and come highly recommended.
