The company does not give you a time line when the technician is coming which keeps you tied up all day waiting for the technician to call you

Update,
After the call this is simply a 1 star customer and we will never service them again as everything was done to the letter! You even commented how you received 4 star service as the tech was great but wish we could give times which we have been very clear why this can’t happen in our industry. Sorry but this may come as a surprise to you are not the only customer on our unpredictable repair schedule and why we call on the way. Please take your business elsewhere maybe somebody else can meet your expectations but I am sure it will not be at a ******* price.
Peter, we call on the way so you don't need to tie up your whole day waiting. Mobile phones allow this to happen. This was all explained to you at the time the call was taken. You also rescheduled and when we rescheduled, we agreed on afternoon arriving at 12:15 PM, prefect if you ask us. This is also a ******* which is subject to availability. Why would you give us a 1 star review when we are upfront about this at the time of schedule? We will call to see what the issue is here we can make arrangements in special circumstances.
