      I ordered a DVD set on 4/19 ($44.99) They did not send and I've sent four emails and they say "it is in our queue to refund" It is now 5/24 and nothing has been credited. They do not have an address so difficult to pursue through BBB. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ********* and learn !

      I ordered a DVD set on April 2, 2025 and it was successfully delivered on April 15, 2025. I am happy and satisfied with the good quality of the DVD set that I purchased. Loving the Classics was able to provide a classic DVD set that is hard to find anywhere else. **************************

      I have ordered from Loving the Classics a few times now and am always pleased with the quality of the **** and exceptional customer service. They have supplied me with titles I could never find, and always to my satisfaction. I will order from them again and again, 5 stars!

      I specifically asked LOVINGTHECLASSICS if the movie I ordered is English dubbed. They responded to me in an email yes. So, I ordered the movie. When I received it, the film was not English dubbed and did not have subtitles. It was in Italian. I have been pleased with orders from LOVINGTHECLASSICS in the past, but this was a bad experience.

      I've had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a DVD on September 19, 2024. When it arrived the disc was blank. I paid to return it according to their directions and was supposed to get a replacement. It never came. I have sent at least 4 emails to customer service to get a refund of $19.99 to my original form of payment, but that never happened. I would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and absolutely no follow up.

      The selection of vintage cartoons, (which is all I ever order) is really good, but the qualiiy sometimes leaves something to be desired: sound level and quality is often weak, jumps from lo to hi from toon to toon. And in a lot of cases, the digital re-mastering results in "grainy" images. you could do better!

      Have allways had a good experience with this company. Have purchased a number of rare, out of print films and tv series from them and all played well. I like their serviice and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

      Orders have come on time and complete. Once I accidentally ordered something twice. They took the time to contact me and I was able to cancel the duplicate order. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.Loving the Classics has helped me find treasures that I thought were gone forever.Who knows what treasures are yet to be discovered!

      Do not buy anything from these people under any circumstance. I was thrilled to find so many hard to find movies and shows when I discovered this site. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth on several orders. I did recieve some of the items, most were of such poor quality as to be nearly un-watchable. Shipping was painfully slow. Wish I had checked with BBB before ordering, my bad. There are 5 programs that I never did recieve, ***** worth. After emails saying that there were delays, they sent a really pitiful email stating that these titles were not available ( still available on the website ) and that I had 3 days to reply and get "store credit". This after waiting for months. I see that they have had dealings with the ********** **** generals office for dis-honest, decieptful and illegal practices. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these RIP OFF ARTISTS. 1 star only because there is no lower rating!

      I ordered a DVD from Loving the Classics and just after there was a postal strike in ******. But they were kind enough to provide me with a tracking and after the strike I received the **** which I had been looking for for some time.
