      We tried to make a return for part of our purchase, within 30 days, with the original receipt, but could not receive a return of our original form of payment. They were only willing to give us a merchandise credit. I paid with a credit card and expected the money to be credited back to me, which was not the case. I waited over an hour in the store, and I have been in contact with that company on multiple occasions and son and no supervisor will call me back to help.

      I wish there were negative star ratings to select as one star is too generous for this company. I made an order that I had to return for a different size. I used an A&F prepaid return label and it took over 2 weeks for the return to reach them. I followed the return package with USPS & Fedex tracking - the package traveled all over the United States and was finally delivered to the "return address" printed on their label. I think they intentionally design their return labels so that packages cannot be mailed to the mailing address they have printed, packages are then rerouted all over and ultimately sent back to the "return address" thus delaying the return process. Why? Perhaps to intentionally delay returns so that they are not received within the return period - pretty sketchy. I have yet to receive notice that my exchanged item has shipped. We'll see how long that takes. I'll probably be disputing this charge with my credit card company. The customer service is also terrible. I spent over an hour on an online "chat" with someone that was not able to help me and another hour on a phone call - no resolution! This was the first and last purchase I'll be making with this shady company.

      I do not believe this issue has been resolved as per your 12/22 comments. On 12/21, after speaking with a customer service rep for the 3rd time, I was told (and emailed) that I would receive a full refund for my return. There was a pending credit on my credit card account that day but it has since disappeared and there is no credit in sight - pending or posted!

      I exchanged and item for a different size. No one told me that if that size did not work out that I could not get my money back. Only a store credit. Considering if they informed me to Return and Repurchase I could have received my money back. Total utter scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I was purchasing 2 t-shirts at the cash register, 11.12.22 @ 3pm, and the cashier asked for my email. I declined at first and the cashier told me it was for receipt purposes only and will not send marketing stuff in my email. When I inputted my email and press enter, the next screen asked for my name, phone number and other info. I told the cashier that I am not interested to input my name and phone number and other info. The cashier was adamant that I do to purchase a merchandise. I told the cashier to keep the shirt and walked out. It is outrageous and plain not right to have to give personal information so I could buy a t-shirt from this place. BBB pls investigate Why people need to give personal info just to buy a shirt from this place!

      This location has been forcing their employees to work 9 hour days, 6 days a week for 16 weeks straight. Its disgusting. Their employees cannot get sleep or see their families. Shame on them. The management team is terrible and this location should be reported for abusing their employees. Many are leaving long term jobs due to sickness and exhaustion from being overworked. The managers are taking time off and telling employees they are bot allowed. WSYX should pay a visit. I think the public deserves to know whats going on behind closed doors.

      Dont get me wrong I love Abercrombie but Its very sketchy. I know in order to get Vip i must spend at least $500. And i surpassed that. i had my first order of $69. Then my second of $141. i made a third of $53. I got an exchange for a $55 hoodie that was defective that shouldnt mean i loose credit for what i got because its not a refund i assume at least. So i made another purchase of $148. Then it tells my i must buy 138 for dollars of merchandise for vip. i make another purchase of 151. the money hasnt processed towards my bio because the order hasnt been processed i know that but now it says i must buy 162 of merchandise. With my most recent purchase i should need need to buy 10 more dollars of clothing. it should be well above the 500 tres hold

      Literally the worst company ever, such a shame because their products are so good, but their **************** is THE WORST.I ordered on Oct 18th, was told my order would arrive Oct 25th. Oct 25th came and went, no order. I e-mailed them, their reply was "Oh your order is on hold because of a tax issue" Ok - you would think someone would have contacted me but whatever. They asked me to verify my address because that was the issue, so I did and they said ok your all set.A few days go by, order still not shipped, I email them again. The response this time? "Oh your order is on hold, we have passed this along to our escalation team and someone will get back to you in 3 business days"At this point, annoyed, I call them. The ** person I spoke to good god help us all. She told me "the order is on hold with our escalation team" I asked, ok why is it on hold what is the issue and her response was "I'm not sure I'm just a ** rep." I told her to cancel it, she said she can't because it's under review. I asked to speak to a manager, she keeps transferring me to the "managers" voicemail. Should have read these BBB reviews before I ordered :)

      Get into your car, drive to the nearest bank, take out $600, then get back in the car, drive to the nearest bridge, get out and then throw your money over it because its going nowhere and thats how Abercrombie treats returns. I spoke with 4 different people 2 of which said my return would be issued 3-5 business days, and then the 3 said it was already issued and the fourth said I received an e-card because it was passed 30 days even though I sent it back within a few days of receiving it. I apologize if youve made it this far with all of my grammatical errors because I cant type through my panic attack. Please DO NOT give them any money. PS my issue still has not been resolved and Ive already wasted so many tears.

      I made an online purchase that because of not doing UP DATE of the Abercrombie Items as they really are in color, etc..., you find that later after order when it arrives and it's horrible. It's already expensive, adding the cost of shipping and then returning it to the store. My surprise was that Abercrombie did not return the full amount I paid. I waste my time, my gas, etc... to hand-deliver the item. It doesn't seem fair to me. I have to pay shipping twice when I buy and when I return... that's stealing from the customer. This is how the ********************** grows, STEALING.I do not recommend ABERCROMBIE at all
