We are very happy with our roof replacement. The crew arrived very early and completed the job in one day. Our sales *** worked was very knowledgable and responsive to all of our questions. The crew did an excellent job protecting our landscaping and the clean up was thorough. I am more than pleased with the outcome. Everyone I interacted with at Feazel was nice and able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Feazel Roofing did a great job with our roof replacement and siding repairs.******************************** was our sales rep who did the initial inspection and documented with pictures all of the areas of concern and the damages he found. **** was excellent with his communication with us throughout, and was here when he said he would be. ****'s inspection clearly marked where all of the issues were on the roof and siding due to tornado damage. **** gave us additional relief when he confirmed he would work with our insurance to ensure the damage and necessary repairs were covered up to their standards (Feazel's, not the insurance company's). He even came out an additional time to double check and measure the two skylights that we had to ensure they were correctly documented and included in the insurance claim.The tear off and installation was impressive. The crew arrived (very early) on the scheduled day and worked at a feverish pace. Leading up to the installation day the Feazel crew had delivered all materials to the site and also where we requested them to be placed. ********************* was the assigned onsite project manager and reached out multiple times during the installation day and gave us updates. The obviously seasoned installation crew worked hard and fast on a very hot day and the result was a beautiful and perfect roof installation. Even though the process of a tear off and replacement is a messy one the crew did an exceptional job with the cleanup as well as putting our things back where they were after moving them to ensure they were not damaged (patio furniture and planters). This is by far, the best installation team I have seen. We had one small hiccup with the siding repair work (color wasn't what I was expecting) and **** was quick to respond and inspect the area and while there he engaged **** (painter) who arrived within a few days and corrected the area that needed repainted and even left the custom mixed paint for me to use for any future touch-****Feazel

The roof replacement more than met our expectations. It was completed in 1 day and the cleanup was excellent. We did have some flashing replacement related to some house add-ons done years ago that required cutting into the stucco. This was originally missed when the roof was replaced, but was quickly recognized by the project manager and fixed with excellent results.Feazel

Feazel replaced our roof, gutters, and down spouts. The roofing portion of our project went well. The crew showed up on time and completed the work as promised in one day. We have not had any issues with the roof to date. The gutters took several months to complete to our satisfaction. They did not respond to emails, calls or text messages in a professional manner. Nor did they have someone come out to look at the gutters until I asked them to reimburse the cost of the gutters and I would have someone else fix them. The gutters took more than four months to correct.The issues included:Different color pieces Screwed the gutter toppers into the drip edge Did not secure some of the down spouts to the gutter Took extension pieces that were mine and disposed of themFeazel

Great experience. Bill Applegate was the best. Very professional and thorough with his assessment of our roof. He was honest and didn’t say we needed anything done just to make sale. His knowledge was evident as he walked us through his inspection process. He took the time, even though it was a free estimate appointment, to write up an very detailed report with photos of our roof that made us feel very confident that our roof was sound and didn’t need any repairs.
I would recommend Bill Applegate and Feazel if you need roofing expertise.Feazel
