I dealt with many roofers who were trying to gain my business. I am so glad that I chose Feazel. Cody, the field supervisor was great! He actually listened to what I had to say and responded with a plan that made sense. He was dealing with a very difficult insurance company who repeatedly denied my claim. He persisted and after a long battle won. I now have a beautiful new roof that my former insurance company paid for much to their dismay! Also, the project manager, Jerry F****** was a pleasure to work with during the installation which took 2-1/2 days to complete. He gave me many updates which included multiple pictures of all stages of the process. He was on site most of the time and always available by phone. He cheerfully answered all my questions and made sure that everything was done correctly. He worked well with the crew and helped when needed. After the installation he made sure that the property was spotless and all debris removed. He also made sure that everything was put back where I wanted and that I was satisfied with the project before he left.

We had a small leak near our bathroom exhaust vents. I was requesting a quote to remove the affected deck board and repair the roof in the area. Kearns staff members quickly identified the issue and proposed a local repair at a much lower cost as my roof has several years of life remaining. They made the necessary repair and identified an additional issue with the vent pipe which they also addressed without charge Both individuals were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They patiently answered questions about what to consider when the roof is eventually replaced. Great customer oriented serviceFeazel

We had the good fortune to have ************************** of Kearns Brothers Roofing visit our home to access roof damage from an April hail storm. Working with our insurance adjuster, ***************** handled the process to have our roof replaced. Our roof was completely replaced by a professional crew in one day. The crew arrived on time and the project ******* walked our landscaping and properly protected everything from the tear off process. The team did an excellent cleanup and interacted with us throughout the job. Our new roof looks great as does our new clean sweep gutter guards. The shingles come with a 50 year GAF warranty so we will never have to worry about our roof again. If you suffer roof damage, you would be well served by reaching out to Kearns to survey the damage. Also, appreciated Kearns Account Receivable Manager for sending proper invoices as work progressed through to completion.Best Regards,BillFeazel

I cant say enough good things about this business! **** was our contact person and was wonderful!! He kept me informed throughout the process and always answered my calls and questions very quickly. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the area before they left. This company gets an A+ for the whole process. Its heartwarming to know there are companies out there like Kearns Brothers, that believe in great customer service!!!Feazel

Our salesman *** was great to work with, he worked with us throughout the entire process, answered all our questions and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The onsite crew worked very hard and did a quality job. Process had a few issues but they were dealt with immediately. John (the project manager) was absolutely a pleasure to work with. The siding crew did a great job. I highly recommend you choose Feazel for your roofing and siding needs.Feazel

The overall experience with Sales, pre-prod and the install team was very good. Communicative and clear on what to expect, so that was good. The craftsmanship is very good and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them for the work. The only issue I have, and the only reason I am only giving them 4 stars is that I have yet to receive a final invoice and the work has been done for a month.Feazel
