    Company failed to deliver gutter cleaning services that I prepaid. I canceled after 7 months of prepayments and no service but they continued to charge my credit card

    We had the same experience as ***** *, except was never even able to get a live conversation. Multiple phone calls and emails without response or acknowledgment. We too, were paying $25 monthly fee for gutter cleaning, with gutter cleaning only occurring on 1 occasion. Sadly too, " James, " " the owner, " seemed honest and legitimate.

    Absolutely awful experience. Gutters were cleaned once at and the $25 continues to come out of the checking account and no one has come to clean the gutters since. Called and spoke to someone that said someone was supposed to be out later that week. No one ever showed up. I’ve called and left several messages to stop taking out payment, I’ve emailed the same and it’s still being taken out.
    DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
