      DJ came out to my house today and did one of the most professional jobs I have ever experienced. Pure professional attitude, work, and attitude. GREAT EXPERIENCE and based on that I'd recommend Dor-Mar to everyone. ??????

      After being without AC all weekend in ***************** with kids and my grandmother, who has cancer, we had one company come Monday but they didnt fix the issue. Our home warranty provider then assigned Dor Mar.***** from the ************************ called Tuesday and scheduled us for the next day between 124. No one showed. I left several voicemails and didnt hear back until after 4, when she finally said the appointment had been canceledwithout notice. I asked to be rescheduled that same day (since the receptionist said they were still booking), but ***** refused and showed no concern or empathy.The next morning, the technician came but didnt have the tools needed to run the required pressure test. He said hed have to come back the next dayno offer to return later. I called the manager, ******, who promised to follow up but never did. The home warranty company confirmed the tech shouldve had the ******** make matters worse, even after the test, he wouldnt be able to fix it right away because parts would need to be orderedleaving us without AC through another weekend. ***** continued to ignore calls and made it clear she didnt care. She was completely unprofessional and unfit for any customer ********************** role. Do they even have a recording as you're on hold stating that they get to people same day service. Bottom line: Dor Mar HVAC showed no professionalism, urgency, or compassion. If your home warranty assigns them, ask for someone else. If you can use your own contractor, do it

      We called Dor Mar because we were having issues with our heater. Here is a timeline of what happened on the days they came:--Feb 21: They came but the technicians didn't know what to do.--Feb 26: They came and broke the heater. They admitted to it. The bigger issue is that we had no heat for several days. I called Dor Mar three times after that to get them to urgently come and make repairs.--Feb 28: They said they would come and fix the issues but no one from Dor Mar came. So I called again.--Mar 1: A technician came and started to fix things. At that time, gas started leaking and smelling in the house. Therefore, he left. So i called again and asked for someone to come who knows what they are doing.--Mar 3: They finally came and fixed the issues. Heat didn't start working again until Mar 3.During that time frame, employees ***** Trevon, and **** from Dor Mar because each of them worked on our house and not only did it take several tries, in between that time it caused us inconvenience from Feb 21 to Mar 3 because we didn't have heat and the day of the gas leak we had to open all windows/doors in the entire house and air it out. This was all happening during a time when the weather was cold!!! I called their operations manager 3 times and emailed them 2 times with no responses. I was asking for a discount or some compensation for the gross negligence caused by lack of heat, and gas leakage. They provided no discount, no apologies for the issues caused, and no response to any of my inquiries. To this day, no one called me back. No one emailed me back. Instead, they kept sending me invoices every few days for the full amount to pay them which was close to $2000. I am disappointed in their customer **********************. I would summarize them as having poorly trained technicians and staff, and even worse management and leadership etiquette. I would never recommended them and hope people read my review before considering them.

      Ive used Dor Mar for a variety of jobs over the years, which I felt have all been handled well, and I have been happy with the service. Recently, I had a lift pump failure and the technicians from the plumbing department did an excellent job installing the new device while also removing the old one. They also explained to me details about what they were doing, issues with the previous pump, and steps to keep the new one working well. I appreciate the knowledge of what to expect with the new installation and the process of working with Dor Mar was easy start to finish.
