      After an initial service call, we determined I needed a new furnace. Since my A/C was getting old & would probably need replaced in the near future, I decided to have the A/C replaced also. They were prompt & courteous & explained as they went along. They made sure I understood everything. I also had my ducts cleaned & they did great with that as well. I loved getting a text message with a picture & the name of the tech coming. I will use ****** in the future & recommend them to anyone.

      They were there for us when our furnace went our in jan 2019 and i was due to have a baby in February so it was urgent we had it fixed. They came out quickly and got a new furnace installed for us. The following year our ac unit went out and they came out and took care of us again. They are always friendly and knowledgeable of everything. Anytime i hear someone talking about needing heating or cooling needs i highly recommend them!

      I would not recommend this company because I purchased an air conditioner from them six years ago. Four years later, the unit stopped cooling and was losing freon. The repairmen came twice, ran die through the unit to look for leaks and replaced the gasket that blew off. Now the unit is six years old and the unit has stopped cooling again. Another company inspected the unit and told me a pipe was not changed during the initial installation causing any residual freon to deteriorate the A coil which is causing it to leak and not cool properly. Now I am facing a $600.00 plus repair bill due to DorMar's negligence. ****** cancelled two appointments with me to inspect the unit and verify what the other company told us. DorMar won't return my calls to find out why they cancelled. I am moving on to another company to fix this problem as I do not trust DorMar anymore. I just want other people to be aware of ******'s practices and shoddy workmanship.I would not want to rate DorMar because I don't think they are deserving any stars.
