      Ordered some mulch to be delivered. The scheduler said it was to be delivered in the afternoon on Thursday. Was never informed or called to say they were coming in the morning. I was not home. I would have arranged to be home if that were the case. They dumped a large pile in front of the garage where we cannot move our car out. I called and their routine is to apologize and refused to offer a discount for their error.

      Evan's Landscaping does not care about their customers. I came in for 1/2" crushed rock for a patio. I initially asked for 2 yards. When the salesman (Dave) pointed out my truck wouldn't carry that amount. After he pointed that out, I agreed, and changed my order to 1 yard of 1/2" crushed rock. He still put the order through for 2 yards but gave me the impression it wasn't a big deal and assured me I could pick up the material later. Of course, he specifically meant that that was the ONLY thing I could do about my order that I had changed from 2 yards down to 1. When it became apparent I didn't need 2 yards and called to get the unused stock item refunded I was informed by Angie that "all sales were final" and claimed that it was on my receipt saying as much (I checked and that was a lie, it wasn't on my receipt). I called back spoke to Dave and expressed my great frustration that he wrongfully charged me for 2 yards when I asked for 1 and when I insisted he refund the amount of money I had said he couldn't even though they never delivered it, it was an item they keep in stock so it was nothing funky, and tried to soothe me by saying "you can always pick it up during some point this year" but I don't NEED a ton of rock that I was never delivered, and asked for only 1 at the point of sale. After I said that wasn't acceptable he said he would call me back with an update. His update was that the same, but offered I could use it as a credit for something else. The thing is I don't need or want anything to do with this business again until they make this situation right and stop hiding behind a ******** policy that has ZERO justifiable reasons to uphold -- other than they want to keep money for a product I was never given or delivered. i would understand if I ordered some special material that they couldn't resell, but this is not the case. Dave, Angie, and Evans Landscaping as a company, even if what they do is "technically legal" it is not moral or good business.

      I ordered a black premium Mulch. but received a mulch that contained foreign weed seeds that sprung up shortly after the mulch was installed. Jake the salesman claims that he put down premium mulch and insists that I owe the company $1,700.0 plus tax of $132.60. I had used the company previously and did not read its ratings. Even though I sent pictures showing these new weeds in my beds, Jake is claiming that there are weeds throughout the community. I am 89 years old and believe that I am being taken advantage of in this situation.

      8 minutes ago There Driver when delivering topsoil knocked down a tree and They refused to do anything about it. We Have (through our Landscaper) spent over $14000.00 in materials from this Shady organization. Look up on ******- Evans Landscaping legal trouble... Before you trust any business dealings with Doug and his Business! I have pictures of the tree that His "Friend" Jay ( ******* **** Company) stated that there was "nothing wrong with the tree" Apparently "according to Jay" they do favors for each other" When my wife sent him pictures of the tree he told her The tree was dead, couldn't be saved. Then when he came on site he was insulting to my Wife. Tried to sell her on his company removing the tree and selling her a replacement. When my wife told him no thanks, he immediately stated that there really wasn't anything wrong with our tree and that's what he was going to report to Doug. Doug is the owner of Evans Landscaping. The next day Doug informed my wife that he was not going to allow her to fleece his company.
