    They were incredibly helpful with me and my situation. Although when I drove home i noticed the radio was no longer working and the gas tank was empty. I called the next day and they did not hesitate to tell me to come I. And they would check it out. I needed a new radio system all together and again no issues ordering it! I am waiting to see if they keep their word and call to install however I feel they will have no issue keeping their word! I feel they know their place of business did not have a good reputation and I am grateful that I am the one they chose to turn that around! Definitely would recommend and have told everyone I know what they are doing and every single one says that’s a good cat company right there!!!

    I paid them to fix a part on my car IN CASH they refused to give me a receipt as I asked for one because the car still was not fixed properly I told them to fix it correctly I’m a 21 year old young girl they had multiple men yelling at me while I had my kids with me at me telling me I wasn’t getting a refund and to get out of there shop I took my car and left my step dad had me drop it back off to be fixed ( the same problem ) that I paid for before I left they are holding my car trying to make me pay for it AGAIN I’m not going to let them get over on me they need to be closed down !

    Still waiting on a call back from Jason for my truck that's been there for a month. He stated he call back Friday at 5pm (30 minutes after I called) never did. Called multiple times today and just get forward to voice mail. I've called every week since dropping it off and get a reply stating someone is test driving and then repairing it. It's been 4 weeks and the same reply when someone answers.
    Last time I had to deal with you guys it took 6 months to get my truck back.

    I got a truck on Oct and before my 45 day tags were up, it was losing power to the point I had to jump it multiple times to get it to start, and it actually cut off while driving! I have a 2 year warranty so I got it towed to them on a Mon and by Sat they were telling me they couldn’t find the issue after they drove it for 30 mins. What they didn’t know was that I have a tracker on the car and it literally hadn’t moved since it was dropped off. I went and got my car and had it serviced elsewhere. Do not buy from them!!!!

    Do not go here to buy a car customer rep very nasty and rude . trying to sell lemons bad cars with engines try to sell me a car with blown engine said thats what we could get .mine you had my wife with cancer with me and due said here cancer wasnt his problem i was like okay no problem and as i was walking out he said get my legal papers before i get sent back to my country lol 24 years of service in the Navy to our beatiful country .recorded everything now we will be dropping a lawsuit . Do not go here please these people are so nasty its not even fuuny make you drive out there for nothing cars are not even ready mine you look back where car was and had tires flat needed filled before test drive and breaks where going all the way to the ground .do not go to this place . My dad and wife was running around yesterday couldn't up load a pick . Really sad and disappointing go back to my country and get my papers am so happy my wife told record conversation cause I will be using it . This will be not taken lightly. My wife was crying on the way home glad I learned one bad experience doesn't have to impact everyone else . I am a born American and serve this country proud would do it again in a heartbeat. To the gentleman who did this hope you sever your country and your people better we can all make a difference and anyone could go threw hard times to offend someone for no reason is not right and pretty sure it's no one to blame for someone's ignorance. Really thinking contacting this attorney today but I have time to decide what next might release recording on social media and see what the public thinks then go from there . We shall see but for now I leave it here as a review cause I thank the almighty for the wisdom to just walk out with dignity .

    This person is not telling the truth about anything. We have tried numerous times to contact her and she is refusing to let us hear these supposed recordings or even let us know what was supposedly said. She has submitted constant ******** posts on our social media using multiple accounts. We have submitted a cease and desist and the customer is in violation of that. We are pursuing legal action because she is threatening and slandering multiple people at the dealership because she was not approved for a car loan. Please remove these multiple reviews.

    Deliberately I'm sold us a lemon BMW X5. I have had no money to vacation or enjoy life since I purchased this vehicle. I've spent more and more money trying just to get it to run. Now the engine is dead after 3 years.
    Be careful and get a diagnostic test before buying. I'm trying to save you.

    HOW do Buy A Car and 2hours after purchase check engine lights comes on..Not to mention the car wasn't detailed.. I Bought gray 2015 BMW 335i.. Problem was never solved by Dealership.. In New York state dealership have a 30 day Lemon Law where they have to honor that.. I will look into ohio law and pursue legal as follows...

    Worst company EVER I still have not received my registration to hey hard plates and tge tags are now expired Tim told me just take the bill of sale to the DMV and they would give me another tag!!! Well I did that and the title isn't even in my NAME so I CANT get another tag they literally STOLE my money and I have a whole family to feed!!! WORST CAR LOT over EVER dealt with

    Worst experience ever my fiancé goes in while I’m at work to try to get a car. She told the sales representative no because that was too much and he’s like oh you can do another 30 bucks pretty much forcing her to take the deal she left that night and he was blowing up her phone Messaging her after she has told him she does not want to do the deal anymore. I spoke to the manager and he just sticks up for the employees so I would not recommend going there they try to force you to buy a car!!! they would not even let her take the car on the highway

    I purchased a vehicle on Jan,25th,2024
    The vehicle was a trade-in. The salesman said the vehicle had not been inspected or evaluated for safety or diagnosis of any issues. I test drive the vehicle, and discovered several issues that needed to be addressed ASAP. I scheduled an appointment with there service department on the 8th of February. The service department had my truck for repairs for 8 days and only one out of the several repairs
    Were completed as agreed. Do Not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Always make sure what you discuss with the salesman is in writing before you sign any documents. Read re-read and re-read again.. very disappointed in the service this business is offering....
