    Royal Family motors did as they promised and got me in an upgraded vehicle, however thw vehicle they sold me has had problems from the 2nd month into the lease on. Now the cars frame is reveiled to have extensive rot and rust in the frame and is damaged beyond warrnty capabilities and possible repair. I am stuck in a lease for 3 years with a busted car, which i need for work or i losr my job. Royal Family Motors royally screwed me over!

    My experice with this company was not good. I put $250 deposit on a truck that I did not receive. I clearly stated that I could only afford a $400 a month payment. I shown a really nice Chevy. I was to receive the truck to look at the truck this past Monday even though I placed the $250 deposit that they said I needed to. They then said they could not get the truck. Next, they tried to put me in a different truck and the payments where like over $600. I clearly told them that I could not gover $400 per month. This car had a purchase of $32,000 and I told them I didn't want to go over $20,000. They ran my credit and then tried to force this truck and payment upon me. I asked for my deposit back and for two days, I got the run around claiming they needed to get a check from their accountant. I paid this $250 in cash and I feel I should get cash back. They just keep telling me their accountant is not in. I have a cash receipt and I am certain they have a register or something where they can just refund my money in cash, but they have refused. They have ran my credit which takes a hit on my credit and then they did not produce what they promised and basically lied to me. I am a working adult who now has to try to deal with them on my lunch break and don't have time to go to a bank during open hours. They have been very uncooperative about this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

    Bought a Nissan truck on May 31, 2022, On July 8 service engine soon light came on. Called the dealer, said they would call me back . They NEVER returned my phone calls. Was told to take to a Nissan dealer as they did not how to repair the problem. They wanted to put in a new transmission and Royal Family said no even though you get 90 day warranty on power train. On Sept 6 they took the truck to a transmission shop, we were unaware of what was happening. At this point as things were moving too slow, I was forced to get a lawyer involved. The lawyer reviewed case and was told to get my truck. We went to Royal Motors and the truck was not there and they would not tell us where it was .They threatened to call police.
    The transmission shop called me and we went and picked it up on Nov 17.
    At this point we have not had the truck for 3 months. It took way too long after numerous attempts and they finally agreed with our attorney to pay partial for repairs and we took it to reputable shop. All the employees that we spoke to were either lying, played dumb or never returned phone calls..
    OUR ADVICE WOULD BE NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. YOU SURELY WILL BE SORRY!!
    BUYERS BEWARE YOU WILL GET THE ROYAL TREATMENT!!

    Let me start with BEWARE!! If you are going to buy a vehicle from Royal Motors PLEASE take a word of advice. Take The Vehicle To Your Own Mechanic And Have It COMPLETELY Checked Over. We bought a vehicle from them and obviously has major issues. November 9, 2022 took my vehicle in because it started to spit n sputter not wanting to stay running and a light come on saying engine power is reduced so made an appointment for the 9th of November. And today is December 23, 2022 and still yet to be fixed. They can't figure out what's wrong so they took it to another garage to have them put on their scope they tell them what it read they took it back and it still isn't working right so they call them back said they are bringing it back and for them to FIX IT. The mechanic has called them over 5 times leaving messages and he's yet to hear anything back from them. It's 45 days later and still nothing. NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER FROM THE SERVICE DEPT. I would think after THIS MANY days (45) of scratching your head on this vehicle you would be able to figure something out or say hmmmm maybe we need to rectifying this situation for the customer some how. From the beginning Jason was to send a letter over to warranty so we could get a rental vehicle and to this day we haven't heard anything. They knew from the start I had to go out of state for family situations and it was we will have your vehicle fixed then it was we will get you a rental..well that day came and I personally had to go rent me a vehicle so I could make it there and over $500 later they still to get us a rental or in contact with us. And now it's Christmas around the corner and we will have to pay 500 or more out of our pocket again to go visit our family...I have no RESPECT for the service department or Jason what so ever and I know he doesn't care what I think or what hell and stress we have been threw so far and STILL going threw with this whole situation!!!!! JUST BEWARE!!!!

    I have brought my car (2019 Hyundai tuscon) to you all 4 times now to get the catalytic converter fixed. I bought said car in May and 2 days after the check engine
    light comes on I take it to auto zone who gives me a print out that it's the P0420 which is the catalytic converter so I bring it back Jason puts some cleaner in it and tells me its to new for it to be bad and reset the computer on to again the next day check engine light comes on so I take it to the Hyundia dealer to get recalls done and they also confirm the catalytic converter is bad so again I bring it to you guys and you say your going to fix it. So on July 7th you guys keep my car for a month and a half ( July 7th until Aug 28th) and fixed an 02 sensor that wasn't even bad. Then charged me $182 for that, which I was told was covered on warranty. The second time I brought it in was on the 12th of this month to sit there 3 hrs and be told to reschedule so reschedule for yesterday the 25th again I sit there from 12 pm until 5:30 pm to yet again no replacement catalytic converter. I called Jason today he says he going to talk to the owner. I don't understand because back on August 28th when I left a review then about it I got phone calls saying it would be taken care of but yet here I am again trying to get it taken care of and I've had to use PTO time at work in order to bring it in. I was so hoping that yesterday it would of gotten fixed ?? ??
