      I called Joe Dickey electric for a problem I had when I could not reset my main breaker and had no house power. A very nice gentleman (***) promptly called be back to see what my problem was. He made a suggestion to try (forcing the breaker to the full off position...which I tried earlier but with obviously now, not with enough force) I gave it an extra good push and it reset. I really appreciate ***** candor on the phone and how he made his suggestion. Very nice to know there are individuals out there that help to make life good and simple whenever possible. I may be doing more extensive electrical work at this house in the future. If I need to hire any electrical work, I will definitely call them first.

      Had an issue with the control on my swimming pool. Could not get the pump or heater to run. ****** found the problem was a bad circuit breaker. Replaced with breaker he had on truck. Pricing was more than fair for having a professional handle the situation. Everything is running great and we are happy swimmers.

      Outstanding caring work. All new lighting in our kitchen 5 LEDs in the ceiling, 2 Chandeliers over a 6 foot island, chandelier over kitchen table, six LED lights under cabinets over the granite countertops.
