      ***** was absolutely courteous and professional and explained the work needed,set up the date to return to do the work, hopefully he will be returning to finish the job, will recommend them to anyone and reasonably priced,***** is a greet asset to this company

      Very satisfied with the work Dickey Electric done. **** was professional and friendly, knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable. We would call them again for an electrical work.

      I have three expectations for people who make service calls to my house: professional, practical, and personable. **** and the others who have taken care of electrical issues had all three qualities. Add to that, the rates from *** Dickey are very reasonable. This company is a pleasure to do business with.

      At 9:00 am a truck, pulling out of a school across from our house, pulled down the utility pole in front of our house and the wires leading into the house. The electric server, police and fire department were quickly on the scene. As the day progressed, we were instructed to get an electrician to repair the conduit covering the wires as they were hooked up again to the house. We have no "family electrician", so I Googled "3 best electricians near me." Joe Dickey Electric was #1. So I called and got a lovely lady on the phone who explained that it depended on the time when the repair would be done as to what the charge would be. She said they were booked during business hours and that there would be a substantial additional charge if the repair was done after hours. I said we needed the work and would pay whatever, whenever. She called back in a few minutes to say that she checked with JDE's scheduler and there was an unexpected opening at 2:00. Great! Also, I received a text message about arrival and a phone call when the electricians were on their way. I can see why JDE came up #1 and my husband and I are very grateful for this excellent service. --- ****************
