I have never had such horrible service experience like i do at this location. I went in for an oil change bc my oil pump pressure was on my dashboard, which is a huge concern and they did an oil change which is fine but they told me to drive 1000 miles and come back so they can check my oil pressure which i did that, and they told me once again to drive another 1000 miles. not to mention they did ask me to go to the places i got my for oil change done previously they wanted all records of that so i went to those places and got the papers. Gave them to holly because she is the one that asked for them, i dropped my car off for them to clean my oil combustion chamber and the day after that holly leaves me a voicemail saying she lost my record changes and that i have to go back to ******** and ***** to get those records. i did my part if she really wants those records she can contact ***** and ******** herself

I left a review previously on my old 2020 Kia soul so my updated review I came In here because I had financed a old German vehicle from another dealer years ago that keep costing me a lot of money over the 2 years owning It and I was desperate In getting rid of It I just couldn’t handle the anxiety anymore and I was really upside down In It and I talked to Brandon the sales person and he really went above and beyond to help me and find the right car for me and It worked out he brought out a Kia soul I told him my requirements basically just wanting to have Xm radio built into the radio and that’s exactly what he brought me and I was very happy they gave me $3500 for my car and all the terrible negative equity I had they were able to roll It yes my payment Is almost double what It was I now know that I have something reliable that I’m not putting $1000s Into every few months. I just can’t say enough good things about the whole team here Oleg was also great he really understood me he guided me on what I absolutely needed I mean I’ll admit he was a bit pushy but after a few deep explanations I just went with gap. Thank you for all the help I’m very happy I got exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t recommend you guys enough. Ps kids have excellent credit

My partner and I took our 2016 Kia Soul in for service. The car has only been serviced by this dealership where it was bought new in Jan of 2016. The car currently has less than 50k on it. A service appointment was made for 9am, we dropped off the car for a oil change and to have the emergency braked checked. we received a call around 2 pm (remember scheduled appointment at 9am) With a proposed repair, over $1500.00 . during the call we were told that a ball joint needed replaced. We okayed the repair. When we got the call to pick up the car it was after 5pm and they close service at 6. we rushed to pick up our car, because after having the car all day they would not wait for us to pick up. either we got there by 6 or the car would be lock up for the night. We picked up the car and asked for the replaced parts, we were told the parts had been thrown away. I immediately called the dealer to ask about why I could not get the replaced parts back per state law. I could only get the service mgr Chris' voicemail. Chris called me back within minutes. I explained what had happened and that we wanted the parts. Chris went out of his way to call me a liar and told me that his employee did not tell us the parts had been thrown away. Chris said that he had the parts sitting on his desk. I asked if we could come pick them up and he said he would only be at the dealer for 10 more minutes, we would have to pick up the parts at a later date. I was already suspicious about needing ball joints before 50k, it just got worse when the dealer would not give us the used parts, Than they need more time to produce the used parts. The bottom line is that we got screwed out of $808.00 with no proof that the service department did any work to this car at all. And any service person who calls a customer a liar should not have a job!
