5 starsI had a wonderful experience with this company. My husband and I had a property we had been wanting to build on for a few years now, and could not find a reasonably priced and reliable contractor to get our property cleared and accessible to start our new home build. Brad worked with us and communicated well. Luckily the weather was nice for us and everything went smoothly according to the scope of work Brad provided in his contract. 5 starsCalled 10 companies. Only Spisaks and another company showed up for a quote.
I needed a pole barn floor poured , some drainage and a gravel drive to the barn. He pointed out some key points that I did not even consider or think of prior to him coming to quote which made me favor going with him compared to my other option. His price was fair , the crew showed up on time and had my project done within a few days. The foreman on the crew Tygue discussed and answered any questions I had throughout the project. 5 starsMy son and I hired Brad and his crew for a select few projects
They assisted in pouring the footer and floor for my sun room addition. They also prepared and poured a new concrete driveway for me this year. The work was excellent and the crew was pleasant to work with. I am getting compliments every time I have friends and family over. 1 starWe hired Spiisak's last summer to do a big yard project. They did a great job, the whole crew was here and the job got done. So we hired them for another outdoor project this summer. Unfortunately, the work this year is sub-par, a quoted 2 week project is 2 1/2 months in and not done, they brought in a 3rd party in to do some of the work without getting our ok, and Brad will not return a call or come assess the issues that need to be fixed.
Beyond disappointed, frustrated and feel we have totally been taken advantage of. I don't complain or post negative reviews, but for the sake of others not having to go through such frustration, we felt we had to do something.Review fromTracy C

Absolutely ?? would work with this co again. Loved the way my patio turned out. Brad and his team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. You want a great contractor that will give u what u want for a fair price look no further. Highly recommend.
