We purchased Rhino Shield in 2019. Within the first year our house began peeling and chipping. We contacted the company and they did come out and made the necessary repairs. Again within ***** months we had more chipping and peeling and we had another repair. I called the company this spring because this problem is still occurring. I was informed that they can send someone out to inspect the house but we would have to pay them to fix it. This company is VERY misleading. At no time were we told before we hired this company that the labor is only covered for 5 years. This company PROMISES that their product will not chip, flake or peel. We would have never purchased this product had we known how terrible it is. Also as a side note when they first did the job they put plastic on the windows to protect them which is great, however the adhesive ruined my screens. Very unhappy customer. Our goal is always to provide durable, long lasting protection for our customers homes, and we regret that this has not been your experience. Regarding the warranty, we strive to be transparent about our product and labor coverage. The product warranty extends beyond five years although the labor portion is limited as discussed at the time of the sale. This is very unusual for our product to do this. You offered to come out and repair my house at MY expense. How about you come out and do the repairs at your expense? That is true customer service. Honestly the warranty should cover all repairs and labor for the advertised 20 years. I am very disappointed in your customer service and as stated before I will never recommend your company to anyone. ****** learned. I had Rhino Shield do my deck. I had a good experience with ******* (whom I spoke with on the phone) and *** the sales manager, (who came to my house) The work was completed in one day, and I love the way it turned out. I wish I could have had a better conversation with the workers as they spoke broken english, but we made it work. The work they done was very good.Rhino Shield of Cleveland and Northern Ohio

A wonderful company to work with. Just completed the second job and very pleased. 1st time was in 2018 and the south section of the house is holding up perfectly. Rhino shield was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The guys that came out to do the work were awesome. Very polite and professional. They addressed any of our concerns immediately and without hesitation. The office staff we dealt with was the same. Very friendly and very personal people.
