Service set at a condo in Sylvania township with a billing address in FL. Round and round with them for 6 weeks asking them to mail my bill.
Typically this involves waiting on their line for at least an hour - 50/50 shot of their automated system calling you back by the way so stay on the line if you can.
Also contacted them via mail and via ticket through their webpage -
      Mail - 8.15.23 & 8.25.23 - no response
      Ticket - 8.15.23 and 8.25.23 - no response
On my last conversation with their service department manager she recommended I move to their online system. I asked why do I need to transition to your online system to accommodate you I am paying for this service mail the invoice to the correct address. They promptly disconnected accidental I am sure.
If you have any option for service other then Buckeye cable please switch the best way to handle this place is to put them out of business.

Absolutely horrible service and customer support. Got forced into switching to their "better" fiber network and ever since we've experienced nothing but problems. Had no issues before but ever since we switched to fiber our internet goes out consistently. Enough to where we can't even watch an episode of something on Netflix without having to restart our router. If Buckeye hasn't already monopolized your area; do yourself a favor and get LITERALLY any other internet provider.

I'd like to say positive things about a local company, however its not good enough to just be local. The service, support, and fees need to be competitive. Buckeye's low end service offering for internet access is structured so subscribers have a narrow band of usability before they have to add unlimited data, which doesn't keep you from from hitting the upload ceiling.
Certainly no perks for being along time customer (8 years) like me. Buckeye encourages subscribers to cancel through new customer discounts not available to long term customers. Gone our the days when Buckeye was the only ISP in town offering more than DSL. The others "learned" from their mistakes and came back with great service offerings. I only hope Buckeye does the same. Best of luck.

Buckeye Broadband provides horrible service. I cancelled cable services many years ago due to the ridiculous costs. I only have internet services now for $55/ month with limited data. I have been way under my data allowance for the past 3 years, and the excess does not carry over month to month. However, if you go over, you are charged $15 for every 50 Gb you are over each month. I received one email that I was over and would be charged an additional $15. I find that hard to believe since I rarely even use my allowance each month. Then when I receive my bill, I find that I actually have been charged $120 extra for the month. When I called about it, they said I was being charged $15 for every 50 GB, and I had used almost 600! Impossible! I only received one email about the 50 GB, no additional ones were received for the extra data that they claimed I used. The agent said I wasn't the only one having issues but refused to offer any explanations or a total refund. She said she would message a supervisor. So maybe a software issue? I have been a customer for over 35 years however my loyalty offers no benefits. Unlimited data is $30 a month more than I pay now. I asked why I couldn't be charged $30 instead of the $120, they said they can't do that without my advance permission. I will be canceling my service, which I should have done 35 years ago. Very dishonest business practices.

Buckeye broadband is a joke. They were raising my bill every month until it was over $60. Then during Covid I became eligible for the ACP a govt program that reduced my bill. It went down for a couple months then shot back up to over $60. I was stupid and just paid it instead of investigating. When I recently moved though, I decided to cancel it as I can’t really afford it. The rep told me I should/can actually get free internet through the ACP so I said that I’d keep it but I also asked why I was getting charged $60 for the last ~5 months. He literally blamed it on trump and Biden. Saying trump had started the program then biden changed it so it was different now. But rather than adjust my rate they just hiked it. When I got my new service set up I asked the installer about my old box. He told me to return to the store. I did the next day, and they had already charged me $160 for it! In one day. Luckily the store was able to adjust my bill. Now, just as I expected they still have been trying to charge me $30 a month even though I’m getting a govt benefit that should make it $0! They’re double dipping. Also In the ~10 calls I’ve made about all these issues id say half of the people I’ve talked to have just flat out told me they couldn’t help me or didn’t know the answer to my question. This company is seriously sneaky and very badly managed/organized. The service is ok when it’s working but it’s such a headache to deal with them.

Watching a movie and it suddenly goes to an infomercial? Why are we paying such high prices for a service and we are told this channel 157 is not endorsed?
Trying to kick back and just watch what comes up on Buckeye Cable. I had no idea I had to sort and evaluate the listings to see if they were legit! Is Buckeye the only gig in town and they are monopolizing all of Toledo with their poor customer service and policies?
Alternatives are Netflix, Apple, Hulu, Direct and the jail-breaks. So, if I could get an elderly household member to give up this stupid Buckeye remote, I believe we would save lots of money, This is our most expensive utility! My plastic antennae on an old TV in the basement is totally sufficient!
