      Ordered ******** D'oro coffee from website. Website showed "100 Arabica Coffee" and "Italian Roast" coffee. What I received said "Arabica Coffee" and "Italian Style Roast". Company claims coffee is the same, only packaging changed. But I paid extra expecting that the advertised coffee was a better grade. Company offered no relief.

      I'm a 70-year-old disabled female facing bankruptcy because of their lousy customer service, I bit a very hard item in their peanut butter almost 3 years ago. on several phone calls I was told to have any dental work done and submit my receipts. It was a severely broken tooth under my to occur gum. caused months of pain because they couldn't locate the injury until a CT scan was done. The repair has cost $$$$$$$ I may need additional work . It has also affected my income and mental health. I simply cannot believe this company would treat a lifelong customer I haven't received a dime. Their legal team is a joke. they've made zero progress never contact me, I think they're waiting for the statute of limitations to occur. they don't give a **** about their consumers! Please send advice. Thank you I'm so upset over this, I can't sleep! maybe they're just hoping I pass away

      I am on auto-ship every 6 months. They shipped out my 6 month supply of coffee that has and expiration date on it that will expire in 4 months. I called them, 2 different times to try to get a resolution to satisfy both Smuckers and myself but, I was told they would not correct the issue in any way whatsoever. I am not asking for anything for free, I am asking that they let me return a least 2 of the containers and they ship out 2 replacements with a better extended date. They refused and said that was the furtherest out expiration date in their warehouse. I then asked to return the entire order, I was told that I would be responsible for a shipping cost because it was not a mistake on their end. When I explained how much it would cost me to return this size box, a representative gave me the suggustion that I figure out what to do with the coffee before the expiration as in sell it or give it away to my friends and neighbors. If this is J.M.Smuckers idea of great customer service I surely do not want to see the other type of service they may perform. They do not seem to care about the customers at all. I will figure out what to do with the coffee but I can and will promise that J.M. Smuckers will never get another penny from me. I will now change brands and never again buy any of their products. Customers beware before signing up for their auto delivery.

      Please know we take all consumer concerns seriously and always act in good faith to come to a satisfactory resolution. We do value our consumers and as a courtesy we will ship two containers of coffee after we receive our scheduled delivery.

      Pet food, decreased weight and increased the price I'm sorry but I find that as double dipping, when will Corporate America learn, that's why I'm asking pet lover to boycott Natures Recipe and what ever else they have there hands one, it's time to say enough is enough.
