      They treat student like a number. On 8/1/24 I had questions about my financial aid and the representative Olivia had no knowledge and refused to talk to me but rather send me a text message. This is not a personal matter we are friend I do not know why she would rush me off the phone and act like I was holding her day up and my questions was never answered. That made me not even want to attend this school. They kept contacting me so I said I finally answered and I still got no answers. The customer *****

      Good afternoon. I personally reviewed the complainant's file, and I did not find any irregularities. I also took the opportunity to review the call transcript (ten minutes) between Ms. ******* and our Financial Aid Advisor. The FAA was accommodating and professional during the call. Ms. ******* was working with **** ***** **** ****) for assistance with tuition. She was asking the college to complete a financial plan for her with those funds listed; however, the college can not present a valid financial plan until we receive verification from ***. The advisor indicated she was going to check with her manager to see if the school has received anything from ***. She did tell Ms. ******* she would text message her with an update as soon as she spoke with her manager. At no time during the call did the advisor appear to rush Ms. ******* through the conversation. The call concluded amicably. The college has attempted to contact Ms. ******* several times since that conversation. The last attempt was August 15th. Voicemails have been left requesting a return call at her convenience. Our advisors will continue reaching out to Ms. *******; they are responsible for assisting her through the process. Ms. ******* can also reach out to me if she needs assistance.

      So when I spoke with an admission representative I said I wanted to go to school for social work. The rep. Told me he could sign me up for that after starting by like a month or two I spoke with an adviser she apologized and said no you are signed up for human resources not social service worker we do not offer that program. I then let her know that I wanted released. She had me sign paperwork off release and stated that my loans would be refunded and apologized for the miss representation. Now I'm being charged for a whole semester that I didn't even attend. I did say I would pay them but I am not paying them all of that. They ripped me off and lied to me. Then on top of it sent me to a collection agency didn't even reach out to me! If I have to I will contact the fdcpa for lies
