      I attended this school and worked very hard to pass. I passed all classes except one class due to me being out for surgery. I sent emails and let my instructors know that I needed to be out for surgery and asked in advance, what I needed upon returning in order to take my exams. They told me what I needed and to find out that I couldn’t make up my exam because according to their handbook, I didn’t notify them the day before surgery when I gave them more than a week advance notice and asked what documentation was needed prior to going out for surgery. So due to failing that one class that I technically would have passed, I failed because they wouldn’t allow me to make up my exam. It is very disappointing to spend all that money to get totally disrespected because I needed surgery. I totally don’t understand how they don’t care enough about their students health, yet I’m attending a school where I am looking to become a registered nurse to help patients with their health. I am very disappointed in Bryant & Stratton failing me as a student due to their unrealistic behaviors. College is too costly to have to deal with unfairness and selfishness. They truly need to look over their handbook and make realistic revisions because what they currently have is totally unfair when they were notified in a timely manner.
