      I have been banking with this bank and they are saying that I owe them money for my car note but want show me how I owe more money when I always over pay. Now my accounts are blocked and no one at the bank will handle this matter.

      The reply from you went to my spam and I'm just see it. 
      Nothing has changed. I still can't access my accounts from my app. I've called Jenna several times and she never responded.  I've also called Joe A******n and he never responded.  Now what do I do, file another complaint?

      Yesterday afternoon I had a conversation with Joe A******* with PSE Credit Union.  I asked to have my accout audit but he wasn't trying to hear what I was say instead he only wanted to speak about how I spoke to his staff.  I asked several times and he hung up on me. What steps can I take next.

      Joe A******* did speak with you regarding your loans not being paid.  He tried to explain that you owe the credit union money and you were belligerent and started swearing at him while he was talking to you.  He asked you not to use that language with him or with our staff.  You did not want to listen to what he had to say.  There is nothing more we can do for you.

      I am making a complaint because my card was lost and the charges was disputed and I was suppose to receive credit's to my account that became permanent which is attached to this complaint but the Ohio first class never put the credit's on my account and is giving me problem's about the dispute which there dispute department already approved and it's on the paperwork I uploaded and I'm just looking to get my money put back on my account which the paper show's to do so I don't know why I'm getting a hard time.

      When Mr. ***** went into the Cleveland Branch the week of 3/7/23 he was informed that he needed to file a police report and provide the credit union with a report number.  It was explained to him that this is normal practice for a member to file a police report when we have to charge off ATM/Debit card transactions due to fraud.  The police report is submitted with the insurance claim along with an affidavit.  We will gladly assist Mr. ***** with his resolution, but he does need to provide the proper documentation.

      AUGUST 1ST 2022-SPOKE WITH BRANCH MANAGER REGARDING INFORMATION REGARDING FIANCEES CAR PAYMENT NOT REPORTING 3 MONTHS WORTH OF PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS, RESULTING IN 15+ POINTS LOST. HE WAS TOLD IT WAS DUE TO SOMEONE ELSES PAYMENT BEING POSTED TO THE ACCOUNT WHICH PUT THE ACCOUNT ON A HOLD. SPOKE WITH MANAGER AGAIN STATING THAT 2/3 OF THE MONTHS WERE BROUGHT CURRENT AND NOTHING COULD HELP THE CREDIT RECOVER EXCEPT TIME. NOVEMBER 5TH 2022-SPOKE WITH NEW BRANCH MANAGER THAT FOR ATLEAST ONE OF THE CREDIT BUREAUS 6 MONTHS WORTH OF PAYMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED. WHO SAID SHE WOULD REACH OUT TO VP OF OPERATIONS AND HAVE THEM CALL. RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM VP STATING THAT DUE TO THE "CONVERSION" IN SOFTWARE THEY ARE SLOW/NOT REPORTING TO CERTAIN CREDIT BUREAUS. THEY MANUALLY HAVE TO REPORT THE PAYMENTS. HE "HOPED" THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED BY NOVEMBER, HOWEVER IT HAS NOT. HE "HOPES" THIS IS FIXED BY DEC. IF IT IS NOT, I WILL HAVE TO CALL BY JAN. BUT IN THE MEANTIME, OUR CREDIT IS NOT IMPROVING TO HELP US GET A HOUSE, IT IS NOT IMPROVING TO HELP US GET WHERE WE NEED TO BE. SO I "HOPE" THIS IS FIXED SOON, OR WE WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT CREDIT UNION. I HAVE BEEN WITH MY CREDIT UNION BEFORE IT MERGED WITH THIS CREDIT UNION MY ENTIRE LIFE. I'D HATE TO CHANGE NOW BECAUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION.

      We will have our Collections Department file an AUD today (Dec. 19, 2022) which is an electronic filing to the three Credit Bureaus stating that Melissa Malicki never had a late payment and is paid as agreed.
