      bought my car in Dec 2020 (used) and had so much trouble since. two weeks after i bought it was dead no one can explain why it keeps dying. go out to start and there is no power to the car. has to be jumped started each time. spent from July to Sep trying to figure out the cause and waiting for parts. said the issue was fixed but still having issues. same issues go out to start car and completely dead. no one has the answer and keeps saying it is different parts to fix. which never fixes the issue. it has been a lot of money out of pocket. and still not answers to why it keeps happening. now being told they dont know how to fix or what the issue is. i am paying for a car that is not reliable and spending more money on the next guess.

      Purchased 2019 Sorento and was pretty much forced through the buying process and was pushed on buying the Poly Steel package didn't really get to choice if we wanted it or not. Well now we have some spots that need to be taken care of on the cars interior and told they can't handle that. I also contacted them about a charging outlet in the car and was told that it was supposed to charge but ended finding out that it was just a blown fuse so we repaired that on our own. Called recently in regards to my rear view mirror having a crack on it. I contacted them and sent in emails of the mirror and have not heard back any response on it. The communication is terrible and you will get transferred to multiple people and still not get help. I want stuff fixed and repaired as it should be as the vehicle is still under warranty.
