      Coughlin Collision performed an excellent repair of my wife's Toyota, which had received front-end damage due to another driver's failure to yield at an intersection.
      Not only did the replacement parts fit perfectly, but the paint match was also exceptional.
      This vehicle is more than 14 years old with over 240,000 miles on it, yet from the paint job, there is absolutely no difference in paint color or tint!
      We highly recommend Coughlin Collision and rate them 7 stars (out of 5)!

      Fraudulent, dishonest service. Not worthy of any stars. List of events:
      1) truck would not crank or start. So, I hauled to them after replacing starter, ignition switch and other thorough diagnostics that still resulted in no crank no start
      2) Coughlin claimed it was BCM, failed to program a used one and claimed I had to have a brand new one, backordered and unknown ETA for part
      3) catalytic converters were cut while in their fenced in lot, they would not make it right and wanted my insurance to cover it
      4) I requested an itemized estimate for all services and not only did they change the price on the original problem (more than double the original discussed price for parts and labor), they wanted to stick me with $3500 just for the new exhaust system. I told them to hold off on any more repairs until I talked to insurance.
      5) A few days later, I found out that they moved my truck to the building where they were going to put on the new exhaust system. A couple days after that, I pulled my truck out of their lot and only paid the original diagnostic fee that was originally agreed on. STILL NOT RUNNING.
      Not only were they wrong about the BCM (I successfully programmed a used one on it myself), that did not fix the problem. The problem was 2 bad keys and a locked up immobilizer. If they had been honest about their diagnosis, all I needed was 2 new keys and an immobilizer. Maybe $400 all in all with diagnostics and parts. My truck is running now and I am never using Coughlin ever again for anything.

      They've had my truck in for repairs since before Thanksgiving. Several unkept deadlines for completion. Several extra broke parts. They knew my situation i lost money from not having my truck. A 2.5 day job has taken months. Because of a inexperienced tech that didn't want to work on my truck. I've used them for years from buying and service. I'm done with their garbage service and plan now to take my complaint to the Attorney General office.

      I think the place was racist unhelpful and didn’t like to deal with options and people I think they be should be set on notice racially socially and service which was all bad

      Took my Kia soul to this dealership for diagnosis. They removed oxygen sensor to be able to drive car. Completed diagnosis and never put oxygen sensor back. Had vehicle towed to another place to have catalytic converter replaced. Was informed that oxygen sensor was missing. Contacted service department at Kia and they said that they didn’t put it back in and it was put between air box and battery. They refused to pay for new oxygen sensor that had to be put in car. I would not have chosen a star at all in this rating but had to choose one to write review. Very unprofessional.

      Had my daughters car towed there after breaking down. Over the phone we requested them to do a diagnosis. They confirmed it to be the catalytic converter being plugged. They quoted us over $3000 dollars to replace. We informed them we were going to send it to an exhaust shop to be repaired for just over $1000. We paid them the $169 for the diagnosis over the phone (due to we live out of town). And our daughter is a school teacher.
      When exhaust shop received it. They replaced the catalytic converter and had to replace the oxygen sensor. They told us there was no oxygen sensor in it. We contacted Celebration Kia . And asked what happened to the oxygen sensor. They told us it was laying between the battery and air box. We asked why wasn’t it put back on the car. They had no response. We asked that they reimburse us for the new one which was $142.65. They refused to pay for the new one.
      All in all, when they found out they weren’t doing the repairs. They should have returned it back to the way they received it.
      And during all of this. They were reluctant to return calls, and there was days were nobody would answer our calls.

      If I could give 0 stars I would - what a headache this has been. I spoke with representatives there in March about canceling my GAP insurance and was told I could do it at the dealership but to stop in at another time. I went in about a week later and was stopped at the door, given a number to call, and assured this is who I was to speak with. I called the number and after nearly a month of dealing with them was told that I was in fact speaking with the wrong people. I then had to contact another company (when the dealership told me only one existed) who then ran me through their process which was even longer. After this company had processed my GAP cancellation (also informing me the dealership could have done the form in the office, months earlier) I was then directed back to the dealership to get the refund check or status thereof. I have since contacted them several times over the course of a month and am either told to call back, transferred to someone who isn't able to help, or transferred to voicemail. While the process has been ongoing and elongated, I have been paying extra interest on the vehicle that I could have avoided if the dealership would have done an adequate job. Sure this process in itself can be lengthy (typically a month), but it certainly should not have lasted this long and cost me the extra time, effort and money.

      ******** is awesome, period. We met her when we purchased our 20 telluride, when it was *********************. Now it is Coughlin. We went back and worked with ******** again and got a 15 Soul. Of course *** was great. However, the service department is far from it. Since we purchased the Soul we have made 22 trips to *** for 3 engine swaps, we understand the warranty coverer has a bit to do with that but we currently still have engine lights and computer warnings coming on and the car was just there last week. Since **** has been a part of it, communication has gotten better but the service/tech guide lines and performance is at best sub-par. We are just tired of losing money, wasting time, and being a burden for people like **** and ********. It is a 2 hour round trip for us and when you have been to the same place 22 times in 8 months and there still continues to be issues with the service department. It is just not warranted. Why cant the requirements for checks be changed or find better directives for the maintenance technicians to use. We are currently trying to find someone in our town who accepts the extended warranty we purchased from Allstate through ***.Weve just had our fill from reasons and excuses to why the cars engine and engine components are still breaking and or not fixed.
