      IMPORTANT! MUST READ!
Please read before you purchase a new or used car from Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pataskala, Ohio owned by **** ******. I wish someone had alerted me about this issue prior to my purchase.
I purchased a 2020 BMW M5 with just over 27,000 miles from Liberty in late October 2023.
When purchasing the car, one of the selling points was the lifetime powertrain warranty. It is advertised all over the website and was reiterated by the entire sales finance team as a huge perk. This was an important selling point given the cost of the vehicle and the fact that I am out of state.
After driving the M5 for fewer than 2,000 total miles since it was purchased, there was a complete engine failure on the way to taking my daughters to a MLS game. Regular city driving. I was devastated, but at least I knew I had the warranty to backstop me in this terrible scenario and submitted a claim.
I was patient with the warranty company as they did their due diligence for longer than 5 weeks. Then on March 29, 2924, I received an email from the warranty company saying that the claim was denied. Not because it the claim was not covered nor that I or my local service manager had not provided sufficient information. The email specifically stated that “This claim is denied per **** ****** at Liberty CDJ as they are handling it internally.”
Never once during the 5-6 week process has anyone from Liberty reached out to me or the service manager with whom I am working. The worst part is that both the local service manager and me have called multiple times on multiple days asking to speak with Mr. ****** or the sales manager. No one will take or return our calls. I have no faith that Liberty or Mr ****** has any intention of ‘handling this matter internally.’
Please consider all of this before you consider doing business with Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Mr. ****** and his team.

Alot of negative reviews on this company, here goes another one,
      Bought a Dodge 5500 later summer 2022
Catalyic converter was stolen before I purchased the Vehicle on their lot:
Dealer states wrong facts on Google Reviews that nothing was stolen on their lot prior to the purchase completion. Either the Sales person is not telling the truth, or someone isn't telling the truth.
They delivered the Truck after the sale and said everything was fixed:
I got in the truck at my house and started it up and the dash said 125 miles to limp mode and needs servicing. They told me don't worry about and drive to Chicago. I told them I didn't buy the truck and it was to be fixed, not delivered not fixed. They are claiming I bought it AS IS.
Then this company took the vehicle back and told me the reason for the problem is they put aftermarket parts on it, then it was a recall. After all that, it didn't fix the problem, whatever it is. Then the last thing they wanted me to give them $3,000.00 to "SEE IF IT MIGHT" fix the problem. History shows they have no idea and just want to me to throw money at it.
Again I bought a vehicle that was told it would be running w/ no prob when they fixed the problem and delivered it.
Not the case. The sales manager and service manager called me to offer to give me a discount on the parts and labor, and buy the vehicle back. I told them this vehicle is a specality vehicle and was purchased for the company and they could buy it back and pay for the thousands in expenses the company has incurred do to they failures, mis communicaiton, false promises, and decpetive sales pratices. They said no.
I sent the owner and general manager a 'Litigation Hold and invoice from company".
Its pretty simple, follow the paperwork and money and stop treating your customers like dollar bill.
Well dealer, I bought the vehicle being told it would be 100% fixed before delivery. Go ahead and stand your ground, I will see you in court.

My service director, sales manager and myself had a conference call with our customer. The vehicle was sold and signed off by the customer as 100 As-Is. We offered to fix the vehicle at a discounted goodwill cost. Our customer turned down that offer. We then offered to buy the vehicle back, and our customer again turned down that offer. We have nothing else left to offer and consider this case closed.
