      November 25th 2024 me (****** *******) and my girlfriend ********** ******) paid $100 to Friendly Villiage at ***** ****** ** *********** OH. Before appying we specifically went over the requirements to qualify and did a tour of two trailers with the lady in the office. We found interest in the trailer and then applied through the website a couple days later. After a week we received a phone call stating ********* did not make enough to qualify on her own and requested me to be listed as a co signer instead of a occupant. Rent was $950, ********* made $3200 a month by herself. That denial is not vaild. By this point she offered us a refund or to continue with the application process with both of us on the lease.we agreed to push forward with me as a co signer. (I make 1900 a month) About a week goes by and no call. My girlfriend then calls and inquires about the process. They proceeded to tell her that we are denied and cannot discuss or disclose the reason why we were denied. They stated we will get a letter in the mail within 14 days with the reason of denial. That 14 day expired on December 7th. I called on Decemebr 9th to inquire. At first when i called she explained she believes the letter was lost in the mail. I pressed for my rights as a tenant to know why. I asked to get a informed reason of the denial by calling her agent who processes the applications. then called me back 20 minutes later saying the processor was not available and instead talked to the regional manager who said they cannot tell my why and they will resend the letter. I respectfully requested a refund for not upholding the obligation of their process. They hung the phone up on me. They are wrongfully denying applicants who qualify under their own policies. This is racketeering, intentional, and not what represents a legal representation U.S Deparment of Housing and Ubran Development. They told me why andreoona got denied and offered a refund. Now it's different and cannot be issued.
