    In nov. 2022 I requested a camera inspection through an online email. The company was an hour late and went to the wrong address. The person performing work admitted he was an office guy and had only used the camera once before. The second tech was new and a week or 2 in the job. The office guy looked at a drain with the camera. They stated they would get me a qoute for repairs that were suggested and the service provided would be included with the quote. I was never given a workorder to sign or an invoice for that day. 3 weeks later I emailed and called leaving a message about the qoute and bill I had not received. No one returned my calls or email.
    In oct 2023 I received a phone call about the bill. I explained I never received a bill or a call back from the previous year. I was told by Browning he would call me back. A month later he called back and still did not have the correct information on the work performed, he could not verify what was done or why I never received a workorder at the time of service. He proceeded to harass me and called me names - an idiot and hung up on me. He then called back demanding payment on my voice mail. I will not take calls from someone who calls me names or hangs up on me. He needs to write the bill off due to lack of documents to prove work, harassment and not billing within a reasonable time frame (waited 11 months).
