    On June 22, 2023 I had an emergency situation with a cracked toilet tank and called you for assistance. You responded quickly and had a new toilet and tank installed that morning. After the installation, I noticed that the toilet sat quite a bit above the floor where as the old was embeded in the subfloor. I questioned your service tech if the toilet was too high, and he responded that it would be just fine.
    On August 9, 2023 I was in my basement checking out my plumbing pipe and happen to notice water leaking from the pipe that lead to the toilet. Directly below the pipe was a rack with a towel on it catching whatever was leaking from the toilet. I called you, but canceled your service person from coming out after speaking to the tech from ********* ***** *** ***** and he explained the problem to me over the phone. ********* ***** *** ***** came out quickly and showed me the gush of water spilling out over the flange. The tech from *********'s told me that it was good that I had caught that leak because that surely would have rotted out my floor. *********'s tech then installed the proper Wax ring. It was explained to me that with the placement of the toilet setting so high off the area that it required either a jumbo wax ring or double a regular wax ring. The tech from *********'s also inquired as to who was responsible for the initial installation.
    I am requesting the amount that was charged by Alexander Sewer and Drain to remedy the problem. I was charged $136.00
    I am also sending this by certified mail.
