    Had driveway sealed last year after a few months seal detiorated. Sent several emails takes 7-10 before anyone gets back to you. Sent pictures still no reply.

    They make promises and don't deliver. They had to coat my driveway a second time and splashed paint on my garage door. This happened on July 18, 2023. They won't remedy the situation. I have patiently tried to deal with them for several months. This is November 27. They were holding payment until I was satisfied. I was even promised a discount from a field advisor for all that I had gone through.As time went on, I didn't trust them and put a stop payment on it on October 17. They sneakily got the money by spelling their name slightly different. At this time I feel I owe nothing and they need to repair my garage door! Don't let their friendly demeanor and smooth talking fool you. I was hoping all this time it could be resolved.
    Hopefully BBB can do something.
