I made a purchase for two military unit t-shirts for my husband for Christmas of 2021, item 6cmQZe. Payment of $54.98 was made via PayPal on the Emblem Athletic website. Order# *****. Initially I was told it would be a few months before the shirts would be printed so I was patient and waited. Then the shirts never came so I began emailing Emblem Athletics. I have sent 10 emails to the company and not one reply. I have disputed the purchase through PayPal. Can the BBB file a small claims suit on this company or will they be allowed to just continue to operate? They claim to be a veteran owned and operated company yet they are stealing from veterans.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt at the end Oct 2021, and over a year later I haven't received my sweatshirt. I would send emails every other month and was told to wait. However when I asked for a refund they said it would be processed and I still haven't reciece a refund. The only responses I get now are automated. I placed an online order for a sweatshirt for my Army unit on November 30th 2021, and have still yet to receive said sweatshirt after reaching out for updates multiple times over the last 12 months. April of 2021, I requested that Emblem Athletic make t-shirts for my Army unit. They opened a store for us and a significant amount of Soldiers purchased shirts and other gear from Emblem Athletic. It is not November of 2022 and no products have been delivered and they have not given a refund for products undelivered. I placed an order in May 29,2021. Over a year and a half ago and still have no received the order or any communication from this company. I paid $124.97 for this order and have reached out multiple times for updates. At first I got responses about their supplier issues but then it just stopped. I emailed on 9/15/2021 and got a response saying May orders would be shipped in October. So I waited. October went and passed (mind you this was in 2021!!) emailed again on 11/4/2021 and got a response saying my order would be shipped in 3 weeks. Emailed again 12/22/21 and got the standard email the owner sent to everyone but no direct answer. Emailed AGAIN on 5/12/22 and got a response from a new employee stating they have bad customer service and are trying to fix it but that I need to just give them some more time. I used this company cause it was advertised as veteran owned but i just feel scammed honestly. I’m done with giving them time. It’s 11/1/22, original order placed 05/29/21 order #*****

Purchased $300 worth of military unit clothing from Emblem on 11NOV21. They haven't shipped my order or responded to emails. They keep saying "COVID and the supply chain" are at fault. I paid for a product and no product delivered after 10 months of waiting. I asked for refund and was told one would be coming in mail months ago, but still no refund. All I receive now is autoreply emails when I ask for a status.
$54.98 was taken out of my account on 4 DECEMBER 2021.

At this point, I'm convinced that this "business" is a fraud and is stealing money from Military members wanting to order unit swag. My story begins in November 2021 when I arrived to a new unit and placed an order for some unit shirts. Original estimate was 6-8 weeks, which I thought was long but ok, COVID was still a thing at that point. It is now 25 September 2022, nearly 11 months later, and I've received nothing. When I've made contact with this company, they've cited supply chain issues, they've promised me a refund (never happened) and most recently said my order would be placed on the high priority list (a month ago, doubt that's a thing). I'm not only convinced ****** is a fraud, I'm also sure they've stolen my money and have no intent to refund it or fulfill my order. ******** own website quotes **** ****** as saying "We're a small but mighty team of veterans, military spouse, athletes and artists." This makes it even more egregious, that a team consisting of veterans and others associated with the military are comfortable with this grift. What a disgrace to those of us who have served honorably (and still are) and don't steal money from people while playing the veterans card.Initial Complaint

Each time I have made contact with the company about the status of my shirts I hear a different reason why my order has not shipped or a reason as to why I cannot have a full refund. I placed 2 orders on August 7th 2021 order number #***** and #***** for my squadron and I got numerous emails saying that the delivery would be delayed and I still have not gotten my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times but they have not responded. I payed $449.52 for my group and we are all very unhappy about not getting our merchandise.
