On October 1 2021 I paid $49.99 for a sweatshirt. The order number is #*****. I contacted the company multiple times inquiring about an updated delivery date and the company continued to deflect and cite supply chain issues. I requested a refund on May 11, 2022 and they told me that they would refund me in 7 to 14 days. This 7 to 14 days continued to get extended another 7 to 14 days. They would pretend that there was an issue in their system and it has been fixed. They then told me they would Venmo me a refund and this never happened. Sometimes they respond and pretend as if I am still waiting for my order and not requesting a refund. It is August 21, 2022 it has been 324 since my order was placed and 102 days since they told me that I was being refunded. I am convinced that this company is running a fraud and is stealing the money of service members and their families. I do not believe that I will ever be refunded and I do not believe that I will ever receive what I paid for.Initial Complaint

I placed 2 orders dating back to August 25th, 2021 and September 27th, 2021. The amounts of the purchases were both $74.98 adding up to 149.96. The order numbers were #***** and #*****. In March of 2021, multiple members of our office ordered gear from the site that was created for our organization https://emblemathletic.shop/collections/225th-adg-store-1. We received emails that our orders were being processed but due to COVID, they would take 6.-8 weeks. We understand that COVID slowed things down but it has now been a year and a half without any of us receiving our orders. Also, when we try to email the customer service, there is no response. At this point, we have given up ever receiving our orders or getting our money back. I just don't want more people to be scammed like we were.Initial Complaint

I placed my order about 1 year and 4 months ago along with multiple members of my military unit. Emblem Athletic has promised repeatedly that the order will be shipped, but not promised a date. As far as I know, only those of us that have placed BBB complaints have received their merchandise. I'm filing my complaint today. For resolution, I would prefer to receive a refund and the merchandise, but I'd settle for just having my t-shirts delivered by August 31, 2022.Initial Complaint

On April 21st 2022 I ordered custom shirts for my military unit. I paid $132.92 for 3 pieces of clothing. Their original confirmation email said that the lead time was 3-8 weeks. On June 6th 2022 I emailed them for the status of the order and the said “ Hi ****!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Geraldine and I'm jumping in to help out the customer service team. Your order is currently in our production queue. We are still a few weeks out for the order to ship to you. We apologize for the long turnaround for your gear and appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate some supply chain delays at this time. Is there anything else I can help you with? Please let me know what I can help in the meantime and I'd be happy to assist you!” So I waited again until July 28th 2022, I emailed them and told them they need to make this right or refund me and they said, “ Hey ****,
Thanks for reaching out! I've looked at the status of your order and it's still looking like a little more wait before we are able to get your order shipped out. We apologize for the further delay as we are ironing some supply chain delays as of this time. Rest assured, your order will be shipped to you and we will not leave you empty handed! Feel free to change your shipping address anytime, if needed. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime and I'd be happy to help!” I told them that this was in acceptable and I want a refund. I have not received another email or my money back. There are many situations like mine with this business in the last year and a lot of guys in my platoon ordered these expensive shirts as well. I placed a large order for myself after creating a custom t-shirt for my Army Battery. Over a dozen Soldiers also placed orders back from June- August 2021. Over a year later and no one has received anything and now I cannot get in contact with them. I get emails complaining about supply chain issues, but over a year is ridiculous. Every Soldier has since moved on to new units and we all just want our money back.
