    Archer attempted to switch me to their service by an email stating that if I didnt OPT OUT by a certain date that I would automatically be enrolled in their program. It would be more ethical to request that a potential customer OPT IN. ************ has received numerous complaints about Archer.

    I THINK THIS COMPANY CHARGES OUTRAGOUS FEES ON MY COLUMBIS GAS BILL.i paid 69 dollars for my gas bill to columbia gas and then archer because they are the supply company charged ***** on top of the 69 that ******************** charged. my township voted for this and the people who live in this township are the ones getting charged. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE NEED TO PAY TWO COMPANIES TO GET GAS AND ELECTRIC TO OUR HOUSES? I THINK THIS IS GREEDY AND DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!i do not agree that this company is the best choice
