      I have used Search 2 Close as a title company for years. They can handle the toughest situation.
      Close to your home or their office. They are a class act! I can't say how happy we are we found a great title company to care for our clients.

      This was by far the worst handling of a closing of a property that my husband and I have ever been involved in. We drove over 2 hours to the closing and was never informed that the money was not available for payment of the property until we were actually sitting at the closing table signing papers. We were told the money should be transferred in the bank no later than the next day. The closing on the house was on 3/15/23 and we did not receive money for the property until 3/20/23. My husband and I should have been told before the closing that the money for the closing was not available. I would have never agreed to close until the money was available for transfer. The way this was handled was totally unacceptable. What can anyone buy without a transfer of cash, especially a house? It was very poorly handled.
